I saw tons of negative reviews but the sales team assured me that those werent credible. I believed them and gave Jungleworks a shot.Firstly, the team was so welcoming and cooperative, they answered to all my queries very patiently. Then they scheduled multiple meetings and gave me the demonstration of the website about three times. They were very quick in responding to my emails and I never felt anything wrong about their process or communication.Ive worked with multiple product selling companies like Jungleworks and I must say that the team is excellent when it comes to dealing with clients.The process of delivering my project was time consuming and I had to remain patient throughout the time, but it is okay because they were trying to do the work efficiently.They are so particular about client care that their Business Head, Ms. Dhriti joined the meetings with me and personally took care of my concerns. All in all their service and product is excellent.If you want to build a consultation platform, Id totally recommend Panther to you.
I was skeptical about using Panther at first but all my doubts were cleared when I talked to their team. There has been an amazing improvement in the team in the past 6 months and the product is getting better everyday.They helped me in customizations and fixed all the bugs even the minor ones. My perception towards this product changed as soon as I signed up for it. Their support team is very active and they take up my issues whenever I try to reach them.All in all a very good experience using panther.
The Management of this company does not deserve even a single star due to its dirty politics by its TLs. People like Mahjabeen is toxicating the environment and top management is not even aware of it. At the end of every month, she shades crocodile tears when it is time for her to be reviewed, she starts crying and blames other team members for misbehavior or disrespect with her. She keeps talking rubbish about the company the whole month, but when she feels that she is losing the job, then she start biting all team members just to save her job. Mahjabeen! God is seeing you. How long will you continue to harm others and save yourself!!! Top management, please wake up!!!
Excellent Organization & Growing like anything. Highly skilled team members are working hard 24X7 to make Happy Customers across 160 countries. Few baseless reviews & may be on personal interest or may be from non-performing employees.Yes, may be in few instances, Project delivery timeline may differ due to increase /change of requirements or higher expectations from clients. This is absolutely normal for any Software Company. In Jungleworks Clients are happy & always generating repeat orders /upsells on regular basis.Apart from the above, few big brands across the Globe are running on Jungleworks Platform. Company is very very transparent organization & open offered free 14 days trial period before taking any calls or making payments by any clients. Means, clients can download, use the platform & then decide for next steps.
If you considering JungleWorks for your project, I would suggest you find another company, unless are ready to waste time and money.my company wasted more than 6 months and over 15,000$ on application that didnt do the basic things that weve asked them to do.
Terrible Service.. feeling Cheated..When they want to sell they will promise you everything and when it comes to execution, they are the poorest vendor.I took one one of their product Husky for MVP. Reached out to their sales team and they sold me future. I paid them the contractual amount in advance with a hope everything will be upto date in months times as promised.Execution - Till date almost 10 months passed, I never got a full fledged product without errors. Strange things is One year contract is coming for closure and they are least worried about clientsIssues :-Poor Support - Takes months to solve a small problemsUnmatured products - just to build their pipeline , they sold me a product which was maturing and still alcking lot of featuresApp - What on earth is useful when it doesnt have a notification feature for new postings . It has taken almost 10 months time and still it is not liveThey told me team will give support for 4 apps, I just took android and believe me , the two apps itself are just like a websites with no new enquires notification coming to usPoor Testing - Whenever they deliver product it is improperly tested. Your clients tell you the challeneges and errors popping upAccount - The most useless team with no commitments, no follows up. In past 6 months, I interacted with three and no one was able to give a convincing answers.Please think twice thrice if you are B2C specially, and if B2B don’t ever think, with this kind of support business closure will happen earlier then expected. Their app doesn’t have features which can help you engage your customers.I am writing this after losing patience with the kind of support and response I got from team. Feeling cheated. Jungleworks has many opportunities to learn
To start with, their sales team is perfect and hence you would end up believing them with whatever they say (like I did). I also read the reviews and ignored all of the 1 star ones because their sales team reassured me that this is not the case. But, never trust what they say. They make nothing but false promises.Their website portal has many hidden costs involved (and I am not including the domain and the hosting cost), their tech team does not know how to code and are nothing but costumer care people sitting with booklets in hand who can never help you. Their team time for your website, post you have bough the services is half an hour per week.Do not ever, go for jungleworks or any of their services, they are unprofessional and only their to loot you.Instead of spending 3k per month on this, get a freelancer and pay them 5k to make an entire website, and that too better than what junglework provides.

Have been waiting for my project to be delivered since last 8 months. They initially promised 10 days and got me in. Stay away and dont waste your time.
Things not as per expectation . Poor service need improvement after sales service. EIther kindly make things proper or initiate refund.
Don’t work with this company, they will only take your money and not do any job or reimburse you !
