Compare to other shell station this station is 2-3rs less. Everything is good ... having shops & treating customers in well manner...etc but only negative is NITROGEN is not available. If they soon arrange for the NITROGEN it will be good.

Highly recommended costumer service is good.but please add your food menu in the photos please.

Place is clean and near .Have enough place to driver in .If you are regularly to shell.Please enroll to their Shell go + reward program it is useful.They do have oil change station for Bikes and cars.Over all great service.

Best in town fuel place. Place equipped with mini grocery part and vehicle accessories. Workers try to preach Shell rules to all the Customers. One good part was grocery guy was very friendly

Good place for routine fuel filling. After owning my bike for 6+ years, started getting decent mileage after trying all local Petrol bunks selling Nationalised oil companies’ fuel. I think filling the right quantity is the key where most private bunks cheat. The staff are very respectful and the only annoying thing that may be there for bikers is that you have to get down from the bike to fill fuel. Even the air filling is free (no tips expected unlike other regular pumps). There is a very nice convenience store that serves coffee, drinks and snacks. It was handy for us to pick quick snacks during the lockdown. But the snacks are little expensive than a normal grocery store.

Very worst customer service From this bunk... especially the person kalayana Kumar...Shell bunk is famous for customer service but in this bunk that person do no how to treat a customer...high amount billing customer he is treating well..low amount billing customer like a chappal he is treating.... Please remove kalanya Kumar from the shell bunk for smooth and good business running

Best in night time. The 24hrs open station and in an emergency we can trust and come here for petrol or diesel filling

Had an oil change for my captiva diesel. Very polite and courteous staff. They were out of stock for oil filter but they bought it from another bunk themselves and replaced it. Also they provided me tea while waiting. Very clean toilets as well.

Free oil check available. Good service and professional admin. But, they keep the fuel price little higher than others. Bought engine oil, chain lubricant and wax coat. Quality was good. When they change oil, they clean it thoroughly before refilling with fresh oil.

Back to business, they were kept closed for almost 2years finally they are back. What to about them ? They are really delivery good service and good quality fuel. Unleaded petrol really makes the bike go smooth and people use to do a warm welcome price may change little bit compared to other petrol pump.

One of the best petrol station very cooperative,helpful and friendly employees. I had broken my scooter key after filling petrol after knowing I have broken my key their staffs helped me so much that Im very grateful for their help each and every employee tired to start my scooter at last they did it they made sure I was not left helpless.Thank you folks

Nothing new about shell petrol bunks. Cleanly maintained with atmost care taken in every thing. Two wheeler riders must get down before filling and 4 wheelers got stopped with barricades.

One of the Good fuel stations (petrol, diesel, etc) in and around Avadi. Free Air, rest room. Also it has a shop to purchase quick bites like bottle drinks, snacks etc.,

Good one for urgent use, but I doubt whether the air pressure checker is working correctly or not.

Worst customer service. even if you fill your car tank you will not get front glass cleaned. I got my glass scratches due to their cleaning.Response for your question. I have refuelled so far for totalling rs 25821 so far from 23/8/2017. 7:15Am.It was during 18/02/2017@10;04Am for Rs 2544.70.Let me know if you need any more details.

I had many horrible experiences in this bunk.particulary with the person named kalayana kumar.I think he is the manager in this bunk.It happened few months ago.When I asked him to fill my car tank with normal diesel.He purposely filled it with power diesel.When I asked him about the price differnce ,he was making me to beleive that petrol rate is lower than diesel.When I asked for bill.He first hesitated to give it.When I forced him to give.He gave it and it was clearly mentioned as power diesel.Even then he is saying it as printing error.This went on and finally he said sorry.I left the bunk with his sorry.Today again we went for engine oil topup.The same guy came from counter and was speaking normally.Then suddenly he started to say that we wont do these stuffs here.I asked then what else u will do.He started arguing and was saying about that old incident.He had vengeance on us.so pls avoid these kind of guys.They are cheating us.especially kalyana kumar.Personal note to the owner of this bunk.If u want to run your bunk with more customers.Try to remove these kind of unprofessional guys from your bunk.This person will ruin your business for sure.
