Excellent place to live. Fully surrounded by Greenery. Big children park area. The corridors are very broad compared to other flats. An association is formed with elected members who takes care of the flats so well. The entrance to this flat is common to Amity which is grand, two way and shady with trees and flowers on both the sides

Nice location and clean air and water

VGN has constructed this place without prior permissions and NGT clearance. They have paid penalty in crores for this. Started construction back in 2014 March and its still ongoing. No certain of completion yetEdit. They handed this over back in July 2018. Living peacefully since then.

Very Good Builder in chennai...I got flats from VGN builders 2 years back, after Im recommended a flat for my colleagues and last year for my friend.Till now we get a wonderful response from the builder regarding any maintenance or service issue.Not only me everyone in my flats are very much satisfied.

One of the non commited builder .playing with hard earned peoples money. We are paying EMI, Have not taken even Environmental clearance. But sold flats to us. Its now two years yet to get flat. Its painful. People dont get trapped. Go insists on all govt clearances . Still case in court.
