Visited this place. It is 2 to 3 KM far from Avadi Railway station and bus stand. I find it difficult to locate the plot and house inside Spring field though I have the name of the street. There is no proper board route. They are selling plots and some building constructions are going on. Fot buying anything’s they have to come out for 1 KM. It is very much needed a bike, or car otherwise life is hectic. There is no trees or greenery. Seen only plots, roads. No proper guidance.

Water logging layout. Just behind Avadi lake. If it rains... You have to buy boat to reach home

Take minimum 5 year to develop and it is in very remote area. Around it, doing agriculture. Big gated community flat system. Maintenance cost will be high in future...

Within last 6month morenumber of residentials constructed thier dream home peaceful location and its best is VGN chinmaya vidyala is straight opposite
