Worst ever deliver service ever seen. Its been 11 days since the item has been despatched from Coimbatore and it is yet to reach me in Chennai. Zero response from Ecom team despite my serveral calls and messages.
I have ordered Phone to my father but it was not delivered to him and I received message that I have refused to collect..Below message received.Your Blue Dart Shipment Refused confirmation Code is 919528 and is valid for next 30 minutes. Kindly share the code ONLY if the product is Refused by you.Need to take action against him.
Such an unprofessional executive they have. They delivery guy who called me used third rated language. He didnt want to listen to my problem first. Then he started yelling at me only because I was questioning him. First of all they dont have a proper customer care number. On 27th of April I got a message that Ill be receiving my package. Then I got a call later in the evening saying that they will deliver in the evening. I tried to contact them. But it asked for a code to enter thats when our call will get connected. I couldnt contact the number which I received from the message.The next day I got a call from another person their executive. When I asked him why they didnt deliver it yesterday and there was no response from him for the question I asked. He didnt listen to me and didnt understand what my problem was. He started yelling all of a sudden that hes not my slave. He asked me if u need Ill deliver the package or else Ill cancel it. Yes even I argued just because of his unprofessional behaviour. He started talking disrespectfully and I hung up the call.Another person called me in few seconds. He heard all the conversation but was still pretending that the person who spoke before didnt talk anything bad that was my mistake to use such language. Yes I asked him what kinda service they provide. That is how customers ask when they dont get proper service or proper reply.Actually speaking I didnt want to give even 1 star for this agency. I had no such option where I could give 0 stars. Such a cheap n worst behaviour Ive ever seen from a delivery agency.If u r purchasing anything from Ajio this agency is delivering ur package kindly cancel the order n re-order it. Such a worst service and worst behaviour.
Have the worst service of courier partners around. Shipment was expected to be delivered by 21st Jan 2020. Received a message for out for delivery at 10a.m. Received a call from delivery person at 7.35p.m. Asked if I am available. I told yes but still it was marked as failed delivery. 22nd Jan 2020 I called them they said that delivery person had bike issues. And today also it is not delivered. When called they went on shouting and mentioning very wrong words. It was a very bad service overall.
