I enquired Z5 battery and he promised to deliver it in 3 days. Since he promised it, I dint check with other shops and after 3 days he said he will deliver it in the same day evening blah blah blah and failed to keep up his promise at the same time he is not picking calls. Such a waste of time.Keep away from this shop if they dont have stock. They are n number of stores our there where you can easily get one.UPDATE: Seller called after 10 days to enquire if battery is still required by the time I have changed new battery.Request to seller is if you are not sure about something that you can deliver please put a note while communicating that we will check and update but we are not sure. This will help customers to check other options rather blindly relying on you.

The person Selvam who came for installing Exide battery knows how to handle the customer. He clearly explained about the features and the warranty details. He was very patient in answering all questions and clarifications. Appreciate Battery Station to have such engineers for installation as they are very good in handling the customer. We had requested for swift car battery(petrol car), there was a minute difference in the battery which was bought by them but within 10 mints of time he bought the exact apt battery and replaced the same based on our urgency. My motorcycles battery had gone dead at my office parking lot and had to visit the showroom nearby. However, they didnt have the specific battery in stock. The dealer was courteous enough to understand my need and was able to procure from another dealer in a couple of hours.Minus 2 stars for the grumpy old man at the cash counter who wasnt customer friendly.
