Actually In some difficult times(lock-down) I started renovation of my house and built first floor. I did google search and found Yazhi builders(Karuna). Speaking with him about the plans and his capabilities I understood, he is the right person for anyone looking for modern and traditional mix. From the outlook he (Karuna) looks young and modern, but guess what he is far more mature and has enough stuff to do the job than anyone around this region. (I did check with several other before finalizing)Wows:- Has lots of ideas both modern, traditional, Good knowledge about vastu- Safety first attitude, never compromises safety over look or cost.- Very flexible, goes to any level of modification until our dream look is achieved and ensures that we are satisfied- Has good & kind labor. They are very safe to mingle around. Never disturbs you. does a clean job, no messing around.- Has good network with other civil enggrs. so any doubts or issues you will have quick solution.- Completes as per the stages and payment committed. Gives several options to optimize cost. Might end up saving in some places. My final thought is, If you are around looking for building house or renovation he is the man. Just have a chat you will understand most of above comments.Wishing Yazhi Builders a great success..! Thanks for Karuna and Entire team to make my dream come true.
