Owner thinks its fine to let customer wait and chit chat on his phone when they are trying to explain the issue to them, without listening to them, then responds rudely and makes snarky remarks without any reason.Nobody will bring their business to you if you dont show basic courtesy to others. Its the owner who needs customers more, than the customer needs the service, people can go to any shop they want.
