CLOSE THIS SHOP!!! TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.Had been to its outlet near Avadi Bus Depot today.I would want to give it a negative rating.Worst ever experience. 1st , no customer service. They dont respect the customer. VERY RUDE!!2nd, worst service. They dont serve at all. Even to clean the unclean table they were reluctant. They dont respond to the customer.Most important, utter waste so called cakes/pastry/mousse/Frooti/puff, etc.. waste of money. Waste of health. We ordered pastries n etc.. no quality. Seemed to be a old stock. EXPIRED!!! Very hard n no taste. Spoiled my mouth n my health. Feeling like puking after having it. AND UNHYGIENIC..Yak..!!! Full of flies inside, sitting on d food items. Even flies dont like the cake items there.Someone take immediate action.. Close their outlet there. CLOSE IT!!!DONT GO TO THE CAKE WORLD, ATLEAST NOT TO THE ONE NEARBY AVADI DEPOT. SAVE UR HEALTH. Its available nearly till midnight 12am, while shop is getting closed we went there to buy a cake, the people who works there are very polite and helped us with the cake delivery with in minutes. This was during February 2021.

Less then one star. Very very bad. Totally disappointed on my wife birthday. Cake world lost its branding. Tasted like bread covered with cream. Its coz it is old. They do not have any manufactured date and expiry on these cakes so we cannot identify how new or old it is. They gave knife, tissues and paper plates only upon strong request. Worthless.

I want to share the worst feed back on Avadi cake world shop.I ordered strawberry fancy cake a week ago which is due on today delivery.Cake was not delivered as promised.They refused to delivery on the agreed date

In near me this one was good... In Avadi and Ambattur... Not sure to buy fresh cakes...

Theyre not having any cover to provide .. bought 3 buns and milk pudding worth 120 INR... N asking me to carry it in hand ....worst service ever in Avadi ..

All time they breads are not available due ti machinr repair . They claim more than twice. But cake are good and tasty.

Less than one star.cake taste was ok.But I found tread inside the cake and then I communicated it to the staff and also to the manager of cake world.Due to the closing time he not even asked a sorry and he was not responded to us.They dont even know how to take care of customers.Very useless staffs and manager was really worst.....Im talking to him but he is not responding and going close the shutter....worst worst worst customer care........Kindly go to some other cake shops in avadi which is far better than cake world
