Have known Signet electronics for over 30yrs now. You name it and you got it in here. Right from pen drive to UPS and most of the computer related spares. They do accept cash and cards. I find the cost lesser compared to online purchases. Retain the copy of bill for claim of warranty. It was hassle free for me to claim warranty. Nowadays they don’t stick electrical items 😞

Very Worst Service for Customer.I gave my Sony 5.1 for some problem on 30.03.2019.They told me for get my device on Monday 01.04.2018.But I got my Product On 25.04.2019(Yesterday).The service person told me some spares are not have theirselves,so they get from Richie Street wait for 2 days from the day when i given.Finally spares not available and gave it back incorrect assembling(Attached Photos) of DVD Tray.I asked that error on shop at time of returning,he told give power supply it will close automatically.But No use no power on player.Totally I am really not Suggest for Service like this product here.NOTE:Every time i went to shop and ask that service Person about my device,he asked myself what player(Every Two days Once).Worst Customer Service.Very Bad Experience. Waste of Time.

Very worst product quality, they dis respect customers. I have bought a wireless mouse from them they have said no exchange and warranty, when I came home and check the quality, the right click is not working. They are fool like by pushing inferior products to the innocent customers.There are no other electronic shop like this in Avadi, so people have no other choice. signet is the only store available.

Know this place for over 15 years. Though several electrical/ electronic stores have been opened in Avadi, still people rely signet for getting electronics and crowded almost on all days. Simply due to 1. Almost every type of electronic product available 2. Reliability of the product. Except Mr. Stephen (assuming he is the owner) rest of the people dont give a damn about customer service. Especially there is a one person exclusively taking care of only bigger things like speakers, geysers, TV etc. He will respect you when buying expensive product but gives a weird look when u have queries about it. Probably they permanently got to this behaviour due to dealing with diverse customers all these years. If they improve the customer service this will be best store to buy anything.

Very poor service - today (06.07.2020) i went for V Guard stabilizer issue . Purchased on june 2018 - 2 times issue occurred. more than 1 hour i waited in Q and finally one off the store person told that they wont for service. before standing in Q itself i asked very clearly about the issue and signet store person confirmed ok then waited in Q for more than an hour.very poor service and very poor Quality V Guard product selling in Signet Avadiwaste of time and i took risk in this situation by standing in Q for more than an hour. Poor customer service .one day or one day definitely this Signet shop Avadi will face its consequences for their poor service.Definitely one day you Will pay for your poor service.worst shop

Im seeing this shop since my chilhood.. ocean for all the electrical and electronics items.. good quality but a bit high price. Drawbacks are earless workers and careless owner. Such a small place for customers to roam around and a big space for workers to chitchat.

This is the best Electronic shop in Avadi and its vicinity. The electronic items costs less compared to the other stores. Credit card is accepted. Spares like Computer parts and accessories, speakers, Mic, Phone parts, electrical parts are available. The only thing which needs to be improvised is the customer handling aspect. You will be made to wait for a long time. Parking for 2 wheeler is available but for a 4 wheeler , it is a worry to find space.

Very very wrost shop in Avadi. All are duplicates items. Some of the items not available in this Shop. Better to go Vinod electronics in Ayannavaram shop.

I bought a product which i came to found that its cheap duplicate one. I was totally angry that they are selling fake products. I bought motherboard which was manufacturer defect and they are not responsing to the customer properly. If u want to buy anything just go to richie street challenge computers. They are the best.

Selling duplicate products.... I have asked for an motor driver... I have seen that The pins are rusted... So asked for another... One lady gave me another but.... After opening that one screw and the pins are rusted..... Waste of money.. 😭

I went here to buy an LNB and when I fitted it at home it came back that they were not correct and I gave it to him that I would check it again a month later there was no data again when I went to see them in person and told them to come back the next day when we went and saw them we asked this An old man who stubbornly fought with me and deceived me not to take it is working there. Please do not go to a shop run by thieves like this. Do business with a shop run by good people.
