Nice apartments with parking, children play area, badminton court, basketball court and well laid road. Good construction with sufficient open space. The apartment is right on the bypass road from Avadi to Poondamalli. The flats are well planned to cater the needs of the day. The maintenance is also good.

I am working in Tidel park Tharamani. Iam From perambur. When Tidel park, Avadi, Opens then i will take tranfer to Avadi Tidel park. I have chosen Newry Apartment in Avadi to live because its looks peacefull and neat area.
