Okay maintenance for a minor stop. Water fountain available. Coming in and going out bit tedious due to the work going for track extension. Especially for older people.Car park is available without charges.Pavement is all cracked up. Needs restoration.

Small station. This station is at the border of Tamil Nadu and it is very near to Kerela. The place is covered by greenary. The nearest city is Trivendrum. Even being part of Tamil Nadu people tend to attach with Kerela. Lots of Malayali people can be seen here.

Its a small station. But you can book tickets. Auto stand is nearby. Those who are travelling with heavy lucage please make sure you train arrival platform. There is no elevators or ramp to move easily. Ask the Auto driver or taxi drivers about your train arrival platform. They know their area and very friendly too. Small shops are to get drinks. Its best station for those who wants to go to neighbor state Kerala. Absolutely the best choice to avoid road travel. It has trains coming from Nagercoil, Kanyakumari and Trivandrum. Dont miss the Monday marker visit. Best place to see our farmers handwork. Its only 10min drive from the station on a regular tragic day. There is a hospital in Neyyor. It does have washrooms and waiting area.

Active only when train is coming. No tea stall or any shop. One can not get a bottle of water there. One has to get the required materials for travelling from outside. If not one has to go to palace near Neyoor mission hospital which is almost a kilometer away. Railway entrance is not at central place. Need to walk a kilometer to reach the unreserved or air conditioned coaches.

Calm place and there is no restrooms and water all other basic amenities are not here.

Parking facility available... Only one canteen. Two ticket counter, one at once. We can hire auto, not cars(may be). For bus stop we have to walk for 200 mtrs. No buses on time. We can walk or hire auto to Eraniel Bus stop to get bus to Nagercoil or Monday Market, Thuckalay etc..,

One of the sizeably Big Railway Station between Trivandrum-Nagercoil Train Route. Also a Train Crossing Station. It is 1 Km away from the Main Road. Autorickshaws are available to reach Main Road from Eraniel Railway Station. If there is no train, the station looks deserted.

Very small railway station, have two platform, foot over bridge,small tea shop and works going on for third platform.Nearest station to reach Thuckalay highway towards Trivandrum.This is the nearest railway stations to reach Kumarakovil the Lord Muruga temple. The station need more development as the TRIVANDRUM-Nagercoil rail route have only single rail line, this station is used for the crossing of trains. Passenger trains and only two or three express trains have halt here. To reach the bus stand from this station you have walk(10 mins walk) up to main road. The station need to develop a lot.

Good...but all facilities are not available...A coffee shop is there...bus facilities are available at the walkable distance...but it will not safe for women walking at night..prefer only in morning...women travel in auto to reach neyoor and other places...but men no rules...

This railways station is not as you think. This railway sation is busy only when a train comes and leave. Otherwise a normal place. This is also a important railway station in NCJ-TVC line.

It is the nearest railway station for eraniel, Monday market, Thuckalay, Neyoor, Padmanabhapuram and Keralapuram residents. Most of the trains towards Trivandrum will halt here. It is very helpful for people working in Trivandrum and beyond. The bus route towards Trivandrum is not good these days due to flyover work and time consuming too. Have taken 3 hours sometimes. Cleaning wise station is okay. Drawbacks are no public toilets, restuarant and auto guys charges depends on passenger. This has to be addressed. If yes, this can be a nice station to use daily. I belong to this place, so I can help if anyone has more query about this place or nearby locations too.

Eraniel railway station situated at few kilometres near Thuckalay. Trains heading towards Trivandrum to Kanyakumari passes through this station. The station have two platforms. This is a below average station in my view. It Doesnt have basic facilities of a normal railway station. It doesnt have a toilet or washroom. It doesnt have an elevator or escalator to go to the other platform. One need to go through the steps inorder to reach the next platform. It doesnt have Wifi connectivity for passengers. The road coming to this station are also not good. A small tea shop is available at this station, that too is not very good. The ticket counter has no rush here when compared to other stations. Stray dogs are often seen in the platforms keeping the passengers irritated. Major express and super trains have no stop here, only memu, passenger trains stop here. Also no arrival/departure board is kept here. There is only announcement through which only one can get to know the coming of trains. Just giving two stars only.

Only two platforms available and tracks are electrified. Trains to Trivandrum halt at pf1 and trains to Nagercoil halts at pf2. Autos available at both sides to reach near by places. Not sure about bus availability to this station.
