I get excellent care from Dr. Kumar and his team. I have health insurance, but choose to pay out of pocket because of the care I get.

I had an amazing experience with having procedure by Dr. Kumar, MD today. During the procedure, Dr. Kumar was able to detect my issues and resolve immediately, then took time to explain everything to us. The personnel was very patient, professional, knowledgeable - the best! Also, I got a call from the office before my procedure scheduled time and asked to come to the office earlier. There were no wait at all! Thank you, Dr. Kumar! Thank you, AG!

Dr Kumar is highly skilled, knowledgeable and caring. I have gone back to him several times over more than a decade.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GASTRO DOCTOR. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with him. From him telling me “you don’t look as sick as I thought you would” based off my phone calls. He also does NOT move with urgency, which landed me in the hospital for a week. Cdiff AND a UC flare. At this point, he stopped taking my insurance but refuses to prescribe me prednisone until I get a new doc (because I’m in a flare.) Horrible horrible doctor. Ended up going to the hospital again and getting everything taken care of. You would think that because he is dealing with people that have autoimmune disease that are very serious, he would act with more urgency and have my empathy for his patients.

Dr. Kumar saved my life. I am now 11 years cured!!!Thanks Doc❣️
