I have always liked going to this store because the attention is really always good and very fast they work quite well and with very good attention

I had the best experience at this location. I had the pleasure of being helped by Carlos which was beyond professional, helpful and friendly. I went to upgrade 2 phones and although usually that takes a little long he made the time fly with great conversation and information about my phones and services. He made me aware of the promotions that ATT were having and helped me pick out accessories for my new phones. 5 stars and two thumps up for Carlos you were excellent. Thank you so much :-)

I was blessed to have Suku help me. He was fantastic. He was very patient with me and walked me through each step. He found me the best possible deal and I left a very happy customer. He told me to come in if I ever needed any help and when I did he helped me again. I am one very happy customer. I recommend him to anyone needing any kind of service at the AT&T store.

I came to the store to get a new phone and Suku greeted me and started helping immediately. He made recommendations, fully explained the benefits and costs, and was professional and polite throughout my visit. He also helped transfer my information to my new phone and made the whole process quick and painless for me. Overall, everything went as well as I could’ve expected and I would come back to this store for all my future business with AT&T.

I stopped into this store and the man that greeted me was very nice until I started with telling him I needed a charger for my iPhone 8 Plus. Then his demeanor did a complete 180. He searched several drawers. He told me found one but it was $50. He never brought it to me to look at and had the attitude that I wouldn’t want it.I got the impression that he realized when I said charger that he wasn’t going to make a huge commission and didn’t see the need for effort or customer service anymore.The sad thing for him, I was ready to buy a charger whatever the price AND I was considering upgrading my phone as well. He could’ve had a really good commission. I’ll just take my business to another store.

Employees nice, the extremely long wait to get a new SIM card was a complete bummer, but the employee definitely helped me out and was super nice. Definitely try to get more employees at this location though. It was an extremely long wait solely because it was 3 employees to 15 customers. This was extremely bad.

We had a great experience today at this AT&T location. Suku was able to answer all of our questions and help us to do everything we came in to do today quickly and easily. We really enjoyed his pleasant and helpful personality.

I came in because my phone was infected with a virus which never happens for iPhones but it did to mine and Suku was most helpful he actually got the virus erased. Carlos is a fantastic customer service employee. He was ready for me the moment I walked in, took me through the steps to update my SIM card and switch devices, and cheerfully answered all my questions. He clearly knew a lot about Android devices and even clued me in about the right app to use so that I could switch phones with ease.It was easily the best visit to AT&T Ive ever had and I felt like a valued customer.

Worst customer services ever. The salesman came in my home when i asked for internet and said they would payoff my verizon bill but never did. Customer service said the saleman lied and stole my phone and theres nothing they can do about it.

The store executives dont know how to move my prepaid account to postpaid account. They told so many excuses to add my account to my friends existing AT&T account(my friend account is Portland and yours is California. They can’t move now. Asked me to move to another carrier, after 2 months they can add me to friends account ) . They took around 2.5 hr to check all my account details and asked me to come next day. But nothing happened on next day.I can able to do the same setup in different AT&T store with in 1 hr with out any problems.

My phone was dropped and cracked pretty bad! Javier helped me get into the latest iPhone fast and easy! Thank you guys so much 5/5 recommendation

Terrible customer service. No welcome to the store and when I am finally greeted Im asked to wait, which is perfectly fine and expected. After that, nothing. No sorry for the wait, we will be right with you. When it finally gets to my name the reps want to go to the back with no acknowledgment. Then they come out and bump my name off the list and nothing. I was ready and well prepared to upgrade my phone which I have done so for the last 12 years with the company. Not giving these people a penny of my money. I actually spent too much of my time writing this post. I just hope I can help someone from making the mistake of walking into this store. There are a few that are not too far off that are way better to go to. Thank you.

Been doing business with AT&T for years and was very impressed with this store location. Very knowledgeable staff. Luis Sanchez is my rep and my go to guy for all of my needs. Luis has a very deep knowledge of both residential and business products and has helped me with my business account and devices more times that I can count. His tenure with the company (10+ years) speaks for itself and is one of the reasons why he is one of the top reps in the region. I went in yesterday to open a new account. The store was very clean, everybody has a mask on, and was a quick process. Joey helped me with my new line and the other employees helped me today to complete my trade in process. Thank you so much for your professionalism and cleanliness.

I have been to this AT&T store on several occasions and the staff and service had been exceptional.I was immediately greeted and the staff went out of their way to help resolve every issues that I was faced with, when I was switch from another carrier.I would highly recommend this location. The manager, Janie was also extremely helpful and supportive in help work through the challenges I personally experienced with my account transition.

I came into the store because I was having trouble with a new at&t tv box not recognizing the Wi-Fi at my house, or come to find out, at the store itself. The manager (Javier Nieves) did an over-the-top, outstanding job. His customer service skills are far above that of any service personnel I have ever encountered.

My wife and I recently went to this store to upgrade our phones. Enrique Aguilar helped us out and he did an amazing job! He was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My phone battery blew up and Enrique was able to help me get a new phone that same night. I had to leave early the next morning for a trip so I really appreciate the speedy service I was able to receive. You the man Enrique!

Bought an unlocked phone outside of the store and went in for a sim card. service was great and could tell the manager who helped me was very knowledgeable about phones in general. Shared some anecdotes about phones similar to mine that reassured me it was a good purchase. Never felt pressured and the small talk while waiting for system was casual and pleasant.

Dont know how many times I can say it but GO to the store! Such help associates inside the store that I decided to keep AT&T as my service. Carlos help me understand my phone bill and I was also able to upgrade my cable services. I will definitely be back to visit in the future.
