What’s going on with this location pharmacy is to be by 10am on the weekend it’s 11:13 the cashier said no one came in, by 12pm someone is showing up

Always a Very Long wait and the Drive Thru is the absolute WORST! I have come here 3 times this month and there has always been a 3 Car wait no matter the time of the day. Once you are at the window you still have to wait for them to assist. Absolutely AWFUL!

Great staff,pharmacy is one of the best CVS I have been to.

I cant speak for other peoples experiences, but my own at this CVS have always been top notch. The people are very friendly, I look forward to seeing several of them whenever I stop by. Ive had medical issues resolved here. They have pretty much most items I might need. Very appreciative.

Hi, so today I was in CVS and I was waiting in the line and the women attended the white people first. That really bothered me because she pulled me on the side and I had to wait for her to attend me. After all of that she got frustrated bc the coupons didn’t went through. How come the other employee was able to help me, easily without any problems. She is racist, impatient and not helpful

This pharmacy is SO SLOW! There’s always an excessive wait time, even if their are no other cars/people waiting. The women behind the counter are almost always crabby and rude (possibly overworked considering the wait times) definitely going to be switching to Walgreens after this visit.

When all pharmacist are on it bangs out scripts.👍

Been coming here for years. Latey the service here has significantly lapsed. Been switching to Walgreens and Walgreens service is MUCH faster. CVS tells me the prescription will be ready in 30 Minutes. 2hrs later, not ready. Then tells me they dont even have it in stock. Other times if I didnt call and check it would be days to get some filled when the doctors sens a script over in a matter of minutes. Sad too. The staff were always very nice. Now they let you know they are in control and you will wait. Walgreens here I come.

I would have or could have given a 5 star and good review since Ive been a regular customer for the last 4-5yrs at least I think and never really had a problem ordering or picking up all my daily medications UNTIL a month or so that I HAD TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR NAMED MELISSA to complain. After getting few Tex and reminder fr them that I need new prescription so they can refill all my meds ..so that one day after I went to see my doctor for check up and so she could also renew or give me new prescription .. I called and returned CVS calls back and this specific person (again) whom Im very sure I spoke 3days before that ONCE AGAIN kept CUTTING ME OFF and not letting me finish what I was telling her wc is just telling her that I already took care request new prescription it was not a call to complain or argue but just telling her I took care of it but would not let me finish a single sentence and would say right away yah yah yah we been calling coz we cant refill ..need new prescription and to think that is what I was trying to tell her so when she kept.cutting me off I even had to tell her Will YOU LET ME FINISH?!and thats the only time she stop and says yah go ahead! ..she did this this few days back before that day that I finally had it so ..I went to the actual store and ask for the manager or supervisor . After that they continue to call me to pick up my meds but I already moved to CVS in Yorkville.Like I said I never had a problem w anyone so Im sure who ever that woman is ..she was just hired recently!

The cashier.. old white lady she was to racist with me....she told me show me de picture ID beacus your credit card is not signed and maybe some one throw de card and we never now. I told her I always buy in cvs and never ask for pic ID

Very rude older woman with glasses. I told her i would just go to another cvs. Very dissatisfied

Your hours of operation here on google are wrong, Sunday’s hours at 10 am until 5 pm, not 8 am until 10 pm!!
