The service has diminished to a roadside restaurant. The restaurant this size should have the salt and pepper shakers as well as tissue papers on every table, but that was not the case, we had to ask for salt as the dish we ordered was bland. The soup was given with normal table spoons. The cleanliness was an issue as there were roti crumbs on the sofa we sat on and on the table we ate on from the previous customer i guess. A restaurant this size can do a whole lot better than this. I might change my review if somehow Madhuban Kaleidoscope increases its quality. But as of now, this restaurant is on a downhill.

This place has lost its charm and glamour. Once upon a time it was a preferred location for dine in. Recently when I visited there was no attention towards walk in guests. No Steward came and attended. Very disappointing. Cant recommend for dine in. Food quality has also dropped.

I went their with my friends after a birthday. For starter we ordered masala papad and for main course we ordered paneer till masala and tandoori roti. As we eat paneer Tikka masala, I found that the paneer was rotten and smelly. I didnt expected this from a well maintained hotel and never visiting again

Worst experience.No management, Rude staff,A plate of chees cubes with 7 pieces was worth 200.I had ordered a cake I was charged 500 for a cake worth 200. When asked the answer given was the baker charges the same after calling the baker he said cake was of 200Rs only.Quality not worth the price.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Poor service, average food taste. Good ambience is only right side . Staff will not ask or serve you until you ‘shout out’ for them. Better not go to waste your time and empty your pocket.

One of the few places in Aurangabad where you are assured of good quality food with good hygiene. Cook Mr. Kachru is very special although Head Chef Mr. Parmeshwar has been dishing out palatable food since more than a decade. Weekends are very busy houseful days.
