They work only for money.They dont have respect for Ladies personal issues and no cooperation from their side.Worst hotel ever visited.I asked them a room for just five mins for my wife to Change. They denied saying you need to Check in the Room. Or else you cannot use the room.

Located in the heart of the city, neat and clean hotel, restaurants and hospital nearby. peaceful surrounding in a residential area. transportation easily available. rooms are bit small but manageable. service and food is good. A family hotel too.

As per rates food grade quality is low . Only puri-bhaji is good . No proper cleaning . They give tea cup is full of dust . For breakfast service is delay upto 1 hour when u give order .

We stayed here for 2 days during our Aurangabad visit. As there was availability, they gave us a free early checkin. The staff was particularly very cordial, helpful and accomodating. Stay at the hotel was decent with clean rooms. They have an in-house restaurant, but we did not get a chance to try it out as we mostly had meals outside. However they did have a good range of food on the menu.

Giving five star due to following reasons !!!1. Location - It is very close to MGM and almost adjacent to the Jalna road and very convenient to Airport and Railway station!2. Staff - The owner is very kind and very helpful and informative, and the front office lady manager is very polite and Professional!3. Rooms - Very well maintained and spacious, and having all amenities such as AC, comfortable bed, clean linen, Hot water, Mini bar, Telephone ☎️ (in bathroom too), Branded toiletries, etc the most important part of the rooms, @very affordable price !!!!Pocket friendly!!!!👍🏻They have their own Restaurant!!!I can recommend this Perfect Hotel to everyone from Single lady traveler to friends, Family, Business traveler and tourists!!!

Did not have a good experience staying at Hotel Vijay Residency. Firstly, the room that I got was not the one that I booked. When questioned the simple reason given was that they are full. Rooms are pretty crammed with poor lighting. There is a balcony but it views a dirty space. Had a bad experience with their restaurant too. It took a lot of time for the food to arrive and the taste was not good at all. Hotel mentions that there is car parking but it is basically road ride parking. Only one bottle of free water is provided unlike the standard in other hotels where two bottles are provided. Water heater is a tiny one and not sufficient even for one person to take bath. For this price I definitely do not expect the facilities and services to be at this level

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay. They tailored our visits to the nearby caves around the needs of our young children and even let us return to our room, having checked out to find that our flight was delayed. The kids had a great time.The food was delicious and varied and the room clean and comfortable but it was the staff who made our stay memorable. Thank you all very much.

Hotel is pleasant to stay. It is clean and neat. People are friendly and its definitely value for money.Food is not good. Complimentary breakfast is very limited and i felt its better if there was no complimentary as the quality of food is not upto the standard.Rooms are well maintained but had some issues with the room lock but Hotel people gave us the confidence that we can leave the room unlocked and go out. However this is not preferred option if we are keeping some valuables like shades/watches etc.Overall i would say its value for money since we booked the rooms via Goibibo. Thanks to Goibibo for providing the discount on the hotel stay.

Hotel staffs are too cooperative. Minor repairs of bathroom flush and varandah locks were repaired imstantly. Late service(abt 2hrs) for rice item like biryani .But kulcha ,naan are instantly given.mushroom chilly ,chicken biriyani(1kg) are gud preparations.

We booked 2 rooms and one room is OK and the other room has many problems like sink tap is defective and it is leaking from bottom, if we on the TV it will work for only 1 min and later on it gives an prompt message that this channel is not paid. This issue is with all the channels and coming to the hot water, it is coming in drop wise. They provide some refreshments in the room like drinks, chocolates. We need to pay if we have them before we check out from room. Before checking out the room, one person has come and told everything is fine. After we paid the total bill, the reception person has sent another cleaning boy to the room and he told 2 chocolates were missing (dairy milk and KitKat in fridge). This is very first time we had faced this bad situation. Next coming to the breakfast prices, there is no price list (not buffet) . When we asked the cook, he told some price which is reasonable, before checking out the room the cook has called the concerned person named Sachin, he told the price much extra and after seeing the bill, it is much more. It is double the money what the cook has told. I suggest the people who are having the food there, please confirm the prices before itself. Coming to the cons, I appreciate 2 things, one is food which is very tasty and one is they have allowed us to check out more than an hour, as we have the vehicle one hour later. Hotel staff, take care of all these things in the near future, if the hotel to have good name

Very good location. Its a quiet place with spacious rooms. I had mistakenly booked the room for a single adult, though my wife, my kid were also travelling. But, Mr. Parminder Singh asked me to check in immediately and asked to upgrade the stay as per my convenience. Even the Goibibo team was very helpful here. Lastly, their food is one of the best youll get in Aurangabad.

Such a pathetic reduculous customer services i have booked this hotel from goibibo on 8th november 2018 for the booking of 1 room from 17 to 18 my a single humble req was that i want early checkin at 6am which has been confirmed by both goibibo n hotel through its confirmation voucher .On 17 nov 2018 when i reched to aurangabad n asked a auto driver to drop us to this hotel his first opinion was not to go with this hotel because of poor and unsafe for ladies .bt we refused n entered in hotel since it was a prebooked ticket. Asked to front desk officer to provide us room.by that time i got a horrible experience that they refuced to allot us a room then they said wait for while n we will arrange for u .After waiting for whole 3 hrs they even didnt provide us room even their front desk officer starts blemming on us.one more thing that i obeserved was they usually gives keys of one occupied room in which that person have their luggage to others for using washrooms, its our decency that we refused to enter in anybody else room in their absense.after 3 long hrs we decided to move from that pathetic hotel.guys dont ever ever book this hotel trough goibibo. Hotel haspoor service .Officer surinder and others were laughing and arrogant in discharging duties.

Pros :1) Location : It is located in a relatively quiet location away from the noise of the market. Surrounded by some nice places to eat, shop, etc.2) The restaurant: Really tasty food and quick service3) The staff: the staff is very courteous4) The rooms: the rooms are clean and comfortable.Cons:1) The rooms: the hotel is slightly old and we had a problem with AC and TV in one room and hot water in another.But overall this is a great value for money place.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I must say I had a lovely time. The staff is extremely courteous, they make you feel at home and the food was fantastic. They took very good care of all my travel needs and have good set of car drivers who are equally courteous and for every service they give, got timely feedback. It made me feel the really care to be the best in the area.I strongly recommend them if you are there for business or pleasure.

Calm and peaceful environment. The rooms were good and very comfortable. It was cold when I had visited, so I didnt use the air conditioner. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only trouble was that the WiFi never worked during my entire duration of stay.

This hotel has a clean and good ambience with restaurant. Easy to locate and bathroom is fitted with Geyser. window AC is ok but not effective. No lift .WiFi connection is poor. Room space is just adequate and no space for keeping luggage. South indian food is available in the morning only and in general food is little costly. Restaurant is having good and ambience and well maintained. car has to be parked outside only on the road.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is a bit far from the highway but all the amenities are nearby. The added advantage is MGM and JNEC colleges are close to proximity. The hotel has its own restaurant with lots of options and the food was good. Gave one star less as the AC temp setting was not working and even after complaining, no quick action was taken, AC was not fixed or another room was not allocated.

Very bad experience, with the customer service officer Mr surinder and others in providing their services. They arent behaving in proper manner ,Laughting on us and denied the early check in which was confirmed in hotel confirmation voucher through Goibibo.They were not at all bothered about our standing outside the hotel from morning 6AM to 9:50AM.pathetic experience ever.Please dont go with it. The hotel rooms were really neat and clean. the cafeteria was good. Room Service was good too. I didnt have to take too many efforts to get any sort of work done. The bed and bath was nice. I look forward to staying here everytime I go to aurangabad.

Place is good. But its in housing area , no beautiful or scenic view.Clean n tidy place. Punjabi food was good , chinese not worth . Breakfast is problem , it starts after 8 am then going around becomes late.

It was a good stay for two days. The food was good and the roomservice was good as Well. The restaurant have a good selection of vegetarian food. The hotel is placed in a good area, so it should be safe enough to go out in the surroundings, but I dont prefer people to go outside in the evening and Nights anyway.

The hotel is quite good & clean. The service is also quite nice, however there should be lift & separate entrance lobby to the hotel. At present the entry is through the restaurant. The quality of food is also very nice. Overall the stay was comfortable & located centraly in Aurangabad.

Half the items on the menu are not available. The staff has no idea what does any particularly dish consist of. Honestly if you can mess up something as simple as tandoori chicken or dal khichdi god knows who gave you the license to open up a hotel in the first place.

Everything else is awesome. The only issue in my room was the telephone was not working ....the a.c. remote was not working...and the other issue was even on telling the room service the moping was not done..rest all was perfect...Thumbs up for that
