The function hall is located exactly above the Modak restaurant .There are 2 Halls so you can hold two functions simultaneously both the halls are approximately of same size and have simple open hall with washroom facility on the floor .The restaurant being road touch doesnt have parking space infront.You have to park your vehicles on an empty plot they have arranged 50-100 meters on the opposite sideVallet parking is not available so after parking you have to walk back to the place again and same while you leave the venue . And its a single plot so if you have lot of individual guests who will arrive in individual or seperate vehicles the parking space would be an issue .Families wont encounter the same issueThe lighting in the hall is ambient and bringht enough even to hold functions at night 🌉 .The food is totally dependent on you it can be arranged from the restaurant or any caterers you want.Would recommend this hall for small getherings or limited crowd functions

Very Nice Restaurant...Owner Mr.Darade is very friendly and polite person. There are two functions halls upstairs which are adequate to celebrate small family functions.

It is a special hotel which start with Modak (They serve Modak as a welcome dish) and end with Pan (As a mouth freshener) which makes it unique for other one . Good interior design and located at prime location. Cost of the food is efficient. Services are also good but I disappoint with the test of food it is below the average.
