As I was searching for laptops, almost I roam all the stores, infact i went to croma at prozone mall but there were just limited laptops available, then I came to know about this Reckon Computers - we went there, have seen Lenovo, dell, HP models, I like lenovo i3 10th gen with 4gb ram, 1tb hdd with lifetime Microsoft office and also they were giving 2 years extra warranty in just Rs 1600/-, they will not charge any installation fee, infact they give us antivirus free, finance option Bajaj Finserv was there, they immediately checked our cibil score and informed us whether we are eligible for it or not, Service is good.Overall service, stocks availability, finance, quality is good.

The most stupid place to go. Bogas customer service. They sold me a faulty laptop whose down arrow button got stucked on very first day of purchase. And showing it to the seller the next day, instead of replacing my laptop, he suggested me to show it to service centre. Who the hell wants to go to customer service for brand new purchase of laptop worth rs 60000. Still i followed the procedure of hp service, and they rejected saying it is not covered in guarantee. So i quarrelled with the hp service, and after a month they replaced my keyboard. In the whole procedure, Reckon computers didnt take any kind of responsibity to solve this issue. It was me who was calling hp service daily to solve my issue. Reckon computer hadnt call me a single time to even ask if the issue is solved or not. Never ever buy from this place. There are many better places who give better service than reckon computers.
