I am one of the first customers of this shop, been customer almost from almost 10 years.They were good before,but now new staff doesnt know anything,and even one of owners become very arrogant and doesnt behave professionally and very rude,I dont recommend amber-tech as they lack professionalism and precision.I brought my laptop for service and they took it for days and did not even bother to touch it,and as i was persistent in follow up owner said we got other work to do and do not contact we will tell you when fix your laptop and if you got any problems, take away your laptop.
