Very good food and fast service!

Come here for the ambiance - the coffees were good but the art and the shade created by the plant roof above is worth stopping for.

Can’t believe this place is less than a minute from Iskatal blvd. Has a loungy, laidback vibe with lots of graffiti murals and vegetation. We came twice for late night drinks. More of a hipsters paradise for sure but it works. Price very reasonable.

If you’re tired of Taksim busy traffic, make a turn to Urban Cafe and enjoy a nice cold beer away from crowded streets

Very rude staff to touristsAwful experince since the first minute.He served us a beer and brought the check with it saying they are closing in 10 minutes.We drink it slow and after 15 minutes they got new costumers and served them while still refusing to serve us too.We came back an hour later and they were still serving customers.

I seriously want give Urban 4 stars but it just isnt there. Its food is ok but not special, its prices are same as many places Id give 4 stars to so its no bargain. The service is well meaning yet amateurish. Its got a great location and great seating outside its been around for a long time so its sorta like an old acquaintance. Its just not doing anything extra, so sadly 3 stars it is.

I love that place in every season. In summer you can in outside with green wiew, in winter you can sit inside and it has calm atmosphere. Good for drinking beer and wine.

A popular place frequently visited by modern eclectic minds, both locals and foreigners. The beverages card is extensive including alcoholics and finger food and meals are available. Secluded from the main street (Istiklal Caddesi) by street art painted walls and ivy blocking the hot sunrays, Urban Cafe is a cool place with a great atmosphere.

Always one of my favourites. This place is right in the middle of Taksim (or Istanbul) yet still really silent. One of the few places that you can drink and talk, and hear each other.

We passed by chance through this small alley and we were attracted by the setting, an alley covered by a green roof, a Virginia creeper, the walls adorned with graffiti and portraits of great personalities. We decided to land, and we do not regret it. The setting is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. Address to recommend. I will come back next time I am in Istanbul

Kalabalık masalardan ziyade 2-3 kişinin sessizce sohbet edebileceği bir yer. Tek başına takılmak için de gölge masaları ideal. Çalışan arkadaşlar hangi masaya birazdan güneş geleceği konusunda da yardımcı oluyorlar :)İçecek olarak çok biralık bir yer değil, fıçıda sadece Efes var. Şarap ya da gündüz / akşamüstü kahvesi için daha uygun geliyor bana.

As I worked at Migros, we spent most of my time on the axis of Istiklal Avenue, as far as my working hours allowed. I was glad to see an old friend on seeing the urban cafe on the rose meps, since it has changed so much since that time, most of the old places have been closed, the shell and profile have changed.If the weather comes late afternoon on Sunday evenings, it would leave us to the coolness and peace of the interior if it does not sit at the tables on the street. It was a very beautiful and enjoyable place with its unique aura and decoration.

A parallel street from the famous İstiklâl Caddesi in front of the Galatasaray High School. A very pleasant, quiet street with a very nice urban café. I got to know the owner. A hidden paradise at the foot of Istiklal Street. A nice place to spend time alone or with friends. The music is nice and most importantly it doesnt suppress your voice during the conversation, so you can enjoy both music and conversation :) Generally a quiet place.

I actually love this place, but I praise it very much, I will give a low score because I do not want everyone to come ● cheap and not bad filter coffee narrow but quiet street .. a suitable place to sit and chat for two .. service good menu above average ..It is a unique place in Istiklal .. There is no nonsense of hookah, no live music noise on the street, but no crowd.
