Minimum stars because when I called to place order, they didn’t pick up. So I had to go in person and they accepted the order but then came up to me asking me if I was okay with replacement because someone who had ordered the same food via CALL had come and they had to give my order to them. Very unprofessional.

You could find an authentic hyderabadi biryani here , taste was exceptional which got me give 5stars .The only thing which made me uncomfortable is that management should look at the ambiance of rest atleast every guest who visit deserves an washroom (atleast for females).
