Nice place for serving as well as for staying in hotel rooms.I love it.

Owner of hotel was very supportive and kind.. infact whole staff was good. Ambiance and room asthetics and room readiness can be improved... Overall satisfying experience.

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!They literally made me to rate them 5 stars for my first day staying there and I had no other option at the time.Dont! Just dont use their services. If you want to know what could happen to you I suggest you read on: Youre gonna regret, as did we. First, we booked an OYO place in Aurangabad which was pictured fabulously on their website, a budget one, and I paid in advance but when we reached there and after they took our passports they told us that we cant check you in as you are foreigners and we dont allow foreigners. Then I called the OYO CC and after talking to them for 90 minutes, they said there is no OYO available for foreigners available in Aurangabad. THEY CANCELED MY BOOKING WHICH I HAD PAID FOR ALREADY, sending me an email that we cancelled your booking AS PER YOUR REQUEST (for which I am yet to receive a refund)!!! After I took the matter to police and there came a cop, they called me and said there is another OYO present nearby willing to take you in. Finally we were checked in at 7:30 PM and my wife had to wait a whopping 5 hours to get checked in.Now to tell you how filthy the room was, the blanket was dirty, there was absolutely no privacy as the receptionist walked in the room without even me letting him in (My wife was there) in multiple occasions. The A/C remote was not working and I had to switch it on and off whenever we felt cold/warm.I am not gonna use their services again!

It was very bad experience in Oyo hotel, not TV connection, dirty bed, no WiFi connectivity, only one dish for breakfast no another menu for breakfast and main problem the service boy can not speed hindi and local language. he is Nepali, he can understand what we want and we dont not want he is reply. its waste of money

It was the worst place to stay. We checked in after 4 hours of standard check in time. They took half an hour to give us the room , still the room were not clean. There were cigarette buds on the floor and Ash tray full of Ash on bed. The toilets and bathroom were the worst. When we asked to clean they took another hour and yet the toilet was very dirty. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I have never seen a pathetic service like this. TV was not working, washroom and whole room was full of dust. Also no call response from. Reception for 2 hours atleast. I would never visit here again

Room not ready at check-in time. No proper parking with security. No arrangement for car driver rest room and wash room. faced very bad experience during this period. need to improve.

A good budget accommodation, now owned by OYO, in industrial area Waluj for couples/singles including the restaurant and bar facilities.30 meters from main road, accessible for every rides.

Staff not available and unwilling to work. Delay in check-in process. No power backup and Wi-Fi available as mentioned in details. Cupboard was not clean at all and no dustbin in the room.
