Staying in Hotel kohinoor its a good hotel. Staff was very good and helpful, location was centrally located. All over stay was excellent

I had a chance to stay at this hotel 2 times in a month. I have stayed here for 5 days.Below are the points that I liked:1.Clean and spacious rooms.2.Hotel location is best. It’s at Center of market and easily accessible from anywhere.3.Reasonable room rates.4.Very friendly and co-operative staff. I was in contact with especially Ganesh Pandit(Manager), Suresh Pawar(Manager), Deepak Chauthmal and Sachin Gadve. Got best service.This is the best hotel and value for money👍

Very Good hotel in Aurangabad, Rooms are very clean and more comfortable as shown in pictures by Owner. The service was very good, Location is very good as well, you can find bus or any travel source just in 5 min walking distance. Bus stand is also near to this hotel, it was best experience with my friends for trip.

Overall hotel service is good and value for money. hotel staff found to be supporting and quick responsive. only small problem is that, for breakfast they only offer poha or upma, on all days. some variation must be considered for the same. hotel has a nice restaurant and ample dining space. they could use it to arrange buffet breakfast setup for the guests.

1) There was no wifi available.2) Parking available but it is limited.3) Staff is good well managed.4) Bar and restaurante available in same building.

It was a great experience. Our room was clean. Hotel service was also good. Beds were comfortable. Charges are affordable too. The best thing about staying here is its location as most of the major places like zoo, bus stand etc. are very near to it. In addition to that there are so many restaurants nearby which make it a good location.

I was in this hotel for 3 days...from 24th to 27th Dec.Best part is - The staffs are very good and cooperative. The rooms are really big. Bedding and towels are also good..Service is delightful...Location is the best..Things can be improved - The toilet is not ventilated enough. So the smell does not go so easy.. Road side rooms are little dusty.Still It deserves a 4 star because of the staff behavior.

Very nice hotel. Located in centre of city. All tourist places are near. Best thing about hotel is its staff! *Manager is little rude but yes working staff is too good. Its very safe for couples too. They dont judge you. Hotel has a nice roof restaurant which provides u good food and drinks too. If u on romantic tour or wish to spend an awesome evening with ur friends. Then no doubt, go ahead for Kohinoor. Cons-Rooms to be managed good. Need to provide new lifestyle things. Feels kind of ancient!

It was a very good experience. this hotel has a children park with slides, trampoline on the 3rd floor. the location is outstanding with many showrooms such as bata, biba, metro, fasttrack etc. there is also a restaurant in the hotel and surrounding areas. it is on the highway so you will not find any difficulty for visiting places.

I booked this hotel room through OYO, at the time of booking I have clearly added my 2 daughers & their age 4 & 11 years & also the charges were calculated accordingly. But at the time of check-in the Property manager Mr. Ishwar Pandit had asked me to pay extra amount for my elder daughter as she will be counted as a guest. I refused to pay & said, that was already mentioned while booking & the amount is calculated accordingly. Then the manager called up OYO & talked with OYO Manager for additional amount, the conversation took about half an hour, till then I had to wait. After that manager said that, if he allows me to check in immediately, he would had to suffer a loss of Rs. 800. Then he alloted a room to me saying that you will be provided a mattress as there is a double bed in the room. I denied & said I have selected the room by viewing picture of 3 bed, I am not going to accept mattress & need room with 3 bed. After this argument he alloted a room with 3 bed.The room was fantastic but the waiting & argument with the hotel manger was hectic. I will recommend this hotel but clear all these things at the time of booking

I stayed with my Family for last 2 days and must say the Hotel is value for money. The Hotel staff was courteous and the reception desk catered to all request. The location is also convenient and check-in check out procedure fast. Would definitely recommend for even family short duration stays. The only limitation is Car Parking.

The hotel is bit on old side. But the staff is very humble and polite. Our stay was not comfortable as the the hotel is having some renovation going on due to the noise of tools there was constant hammer noise. The food is very delicious. The service is great.

The location is on a main road with shops and eateries around, autos and cabs available at all times but not too much traffic to cause disturbance. The railway station is quite near. The room is spacious, neat and clean and also well lighted which is a rarity in hotel rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was okay but there is scope for improvement.

Best arrangement for the family dinner at terres place. Playing space for kids. Drinks, foods, all type service is best. Food quality is best with snacks and non veg also. Must visits. But little space for family have 4 5 tables there need to wait some time. Finally best place for lunce dinner and hold for a day.

We booked an Executive Room for our two night stay here. It was a terrific room, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Up there with the best rooms weve had anywhere. The hotels main entrance is also on this side street by the way.Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.We didnt eat in the main restaurant but did have a drink and food in the bar area.Overall we were really pleased to have chosen this hotel and would certainly book it again if were back in hOTEL Kohinoor plaza

Very good service and the hotel staff is very good in helping. Rooms are very big and comfortable. One can easily find comfort and enough space for the night or 2 to 3 days. I left my mobile charger in one of the room and called the hotel for the enquiry and yes after 10 minutes they called me told me to collect my charger any day. so its good to be a helpful staff in hotel.

Cockroach was there. Landline was not working. Cleanness was not good. Room was dirty. Insects in the room. Washroom was dirty.

There was no geyser in the room. On demand hot iron was being provided. But, till then I could not wait and got refreshed. AC was not properly functional in the room. Food quality was not upto the mark.

I got to know the quality of oyo through this booking. from now onwards, i will not book through oyo. for extra 200 to 300 rs, we can get better hotels.

Stay was good. Room was not good. Ventilation was not good. Room was different than shown on app.

No value for money. Leaking bathrooms n AC. Renovation is happening, so you can imagine what all you need to face. Service is very poor. You wont even find drinking water. You will get to see cockroaches roaming in your room. There are better and beautiful hotels for lesser price. Spacious rooms, but of no use.

Terrible. Dont be fooled by the pictures of the rooms online. Rooms are very old and poorly maintained. OYO falsely indicated all rooms were renovated. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A KEY FOR THE ROOM. Wonder how this hotel is rated as 3 star. I will stay away from OYO brand after this experience.

Room was different then shown in the images. Cleaning is not good overall room, bathroom, bed etc. Insects in the bathroom. Bucket is required to request. Location of the hotel is good.

Nice place for a lunch or dinner out with friends. Good roof top and separate family sections make it enjoyable. Food quality is nice as well. For drinking folks... Complimentary snacks are unbeatable.

Not recommended at all. Rooms are of 1980s time, when we entered the room found washroom very dirty, then they cleaned the room after reminder. Not feeling good after staying at hotel. We booked room through OYO and same was informed to them and asked for refund but they didnt entertaine us. So overall not good hotel to stay for family point of view.

It was an alright experience, since it was a dry day, the people were less on the terrace garden, one side is open, the service staff is lethargic and rude, captain is also very lazy, the Chinese cruet set should be ready before the service starts but it took 20mins to get the soy sauce on the table while my soup went cold. The taste of food is good but the service needs to be heavily improved and groomed.

One of the best budget hotels in Aurangabad. You will get other better hotels with more amenities and alot better rooms but then you will have to spend more. As far as the bus stand area is concerned, this is the best in class budget hotel.

The restaurant has excellent location, the ambience is also good. The service was not very prompt. Also, all the items mentioned in the menu card were not available, which was very disappointing. The food quality was satisfactory, though.

Dirty Rooms2. Cockroaches3. Pan & Gutka stains and spit in windows4. Below average service5. No clean bed sheet or Towels until YOU ASK6, No SOAP or toiletries7. Cigarette SMOKE filled rooms and corridor8. TORN bed and pillows9. Dirtiest bathroom ever, you will know who used it before you!10. Its a horrible experience. AC was not working. Thrice I have to change rooms. They are using old ac in new rooms. With no proper maintainance. New room and old rooms. OYO can stop taking booking for at least sometime. Till they do with renovation. When I talked about AC. All staff looks very helpless.
