Worst customer service experience, staff is not co-operative , just saying technical issues to avoid their responsibility.I had issues regarding network coverage after PORT my Jio nuber into Vodafone ,I visited this store but the representative said that these ISSUES are common for MI ( Redmi phones ) every time Vodafone network is not support ,some time it vanishes or not connected and What about SuperNet ,only name not in actuality , No 4G only Showing H or H+ , whenever I try on LTE , it fails to provide it my Vodafone coverage get vanished . I tried 3G mode than its OK sometimes some not OK..

Worst service by Vodafone CareEmployees do not support, they are time punctual.They do not allow the customer to enter in the office after more than 1 minute of office closing time. And not in support of hearing and resolution of complaint.I went to office three to four times ten minutes after the end of time with my small issue, but neither did they let me in the office nor heard my complaint.I am not happy with the service provided by Vodafone in this competitive situation.I am going to change my telecom service provider and suggest you also to change your vodafone service provider.
