We had done booking from 22nd to 25th September but due to some reasons we wanted to shift the dates by a day earlier, I mailed them and surprisingly I recieved a very warm response from their end, also our arrival time was little odd we reached the location by 9pm and the staff was kind enough for us to welcome without any hesitation. Good, spacious and clean rooms with nice service and with all basic amenities. The restaurant service was also smooth and proper. at this price point I didnt expect for so many facilities. Ill recommend this property to anyone who is visiting aurangabad and would like to stay close to touristy destination with all proper amenities. Would like to visit again soon. Thank you The Aures team for making our visit comfortable and memorable.

It has wheelchair accessible entrances and acess to the restaurants and banquet halls. Covid precautions are meticulously followed and the entire hotel is well maintained. This is a nice restaurant for a peaceful dim light dinner with nice ambience. The food is great, highly recommend the chicken stroganoff. We ordered two different Chinese chicken starters (Kung pao chicken and Tai pei chicken) but both tasted exactly the same! That was the only disappointment for the night, overall it was a good experience.

We as family liked it too much & kids has enjoyed a lot with good room ambiance. Hospitality is amazingly good. room is very clean, hygiene & sanitized. overall it is good stay & I highly recommend ğŸ‘

They hotel is old and is now rebranded as The Aures earlier it was known as Keys Hotel. The parking space is limited considering the size of hotel and busy road.They can only accommodate maximum 12-15 nos. cars at a time. The washroom in the ground floor lobby could have been cleaner than they where. It is common washroom for Restaurant and Banquet hall The Maple.The rooms are spacious and cosy, the service was a bit on the slower side especially the room service. We had to call twice or thrice for the same request on few occasions.The food in the restaurant was ok and was very tasty in the banquet hall.

Whether you wanted to enjoy with your family or friends. There is place & space for everyone. We enjoyed the dinner 🍽️

This is my favorite place to visit in Aurangabad. I do have a fixed menu I order when I am there. The steak is mouth watering and the sizzlers are delicious. If you are in for delight and wish to spend it with family, this is a place worth visiting and eating. Service is homely and I keep on going back. Love my time spent there.

Average hotel not any system set up for covid precaution. Room is Spacious and Clean, I booked my room but he told me your room booked for only 8 hours but when I booked hotel below mention room check in and check out time for 24 hours and hotel person take charge 560 extra.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and nice and the check in/check out process was fast and efficient. I have traveled to many places on the planet and i have stayed in many places. I usually dont complain if there was something minor.But I wanted to inform you of a thief that works in your restaurant. I went there and ordered food on Monday, March 2nd. The Lamb Roganjosh was fantastic. I asked for the bill and this waiter said 700 rupees. I trusted him and gave him 1000. He didnt bring back any change so I just brushed it off and considered it a good tip.Now two days later, I went to the restaurant and ordered the same thing. It was again, DELICIOUS! I asked for the bill and he said 700 rupees. This time i insisted on seeing the bill so I could charge it to my room. The bill came and it was only 600 rupees. I consider myself a generous tipper, but I DO NOT like being taken advantage of! This waiter ripped me off the first time and deliberately tried to rip me off again!!I am sorry but this waiter completely ruined my experience there. I went to Henrys every night, I ate most meals in your restaurant and I even booked a massage in your SPA. All was great, but I will NOT be returning to your hotel because this one guy tried to rip me off.I wish you all the best in finding honest staff. Most were great, but one spoils the bunch.

Decent place for a 3* hotel. Rooms are clean and the one I had was spacious. Service and in room dining is very good and rightly priced. They have a buffet breakfast option, they do try to cover most but fall short of having a wide variety of options. Room prices are a little higher as it does not match what you would get at a 4* in same price

So so other 5star hotels are better options in this price

Good option for staying in Aurangabad.It is well located and is good for corporates as it is near to Waluj and it is also good for tourists as it is not too far from main city centre.Rooms are decent and average sized however more work needs to be done on cleanliness especially washrooms.Guest service staff is courteous and service is quick though quality of bathroom amenities provided needs immediate attention and improvement.Food is normal and is not that good looking at its price.Room rates are not too high which makes it a overall good hotel to stay in aurangabad.

Nice ambience..

Very often I visit here. I must say this place never makes me unhappy. They have best Chefs which always keep me to dine here. Weather you try Buffet Dinner or Ur order from menu. They prepare it with love and very tasty dishes. Last Nyt tried a lot of great food. Dahi ke Kabab, Lemon Corriandor Soup, Paneer Lababdar, Panner Tikka, Paneer Afgani. U get the soft and best Panner dishes. You can order some chef special food also. For Desserts they do have a lot of options. Sizzling Brownie, Milk Shake, Mugdal Halwa, etc. TRY ONCE & U WILL GO REGURALY. 😋

Initially I was little disappointed but after learning about my displeasure, the Manager Deepak Dayalani and front desk executive Roopali personally ensured that I have a comfortable stay. Its a nice place where you feel at home. The breakfast buffet was tasty but would be better if a few more items are introduced. The proximity to the railway station and rest of the city is an added advantage. I stayed for 4 nights and look forward to my next stay over there.

Situated at the centre of the town. Good place to stay and go for Ellora etc. Nice restaurants near by. Almost all hotels are of same quality as this in Aurangabad. Service was good. Just keep your expectations a bit low as its not that good as the Keys Mahabaleshwar if you have been.

Located at prime location. It was very easy to arrive by hiring auto rickshaw.Good interior and cleanlyness maintained. Pathetic place to stay. Rooms have no view, the rooms itself are not clean or well maintained. I arrived almost 2 hours back but till now I am waiting for a good room, I was upgraded to mini suite but other than being big in size there is nothing in it. Also the loose tea bags are kept and can be contaminated, the coffee sachets are not Nescafe but some local ones. Also they have kept 3 days old newspapers in the lobby area for reading.Same goes for the restaurant Blue Cilantro the buffet was not palatable, papad was soggy, different food items were mixed together, the buffet table was not cleaned after guests dropped food on it. Staff was laid back and didnt bother to attend.This Hotel probably has guests who are booked by their companies hence they seldom complain.Unfortunately I have booked this hotel for 3 nights and disappointed in the first 3 hours.

Towards end of December 2018, I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my wife and 4 years old son.We drove from Mumbai and reached this hotel in the evening. This first thing to notice was there was no one to help with luggages when we arrived. However, one security guard helped in carrying the luggages till reception. That was unpleasant. Then, the parking is not adequate for 4 wheelers. The way to parking is narrow and you might have a tough time with parking. Again, another security guard helped here.Check-in was easy. We had opted for Premiere Deluxe Suite with Breakfast. Got it on 6th floor. The room was descent sized , though not that big as the name suggests. Most of amenities are provided. For some, you just need to call the reception. E.g. Toiletries, tea bags, etc. It is almost well maintained, neat n clean. The restaurant is good. Varied options in buffet breakfast. Staff is cooperating and happy to help always.A special thanks to a housekeeping staff who arranged a blanket when one night the existing one got accidentally wet by us. He must be in his early 50s. Initially he provided couple of bed linings as extra blankets were not available as the hotel was fully occupied. Later on in 15 minutes, he put extra effort and arranged one blanket. Note: it was quite cold in Aurangabad then. Overall a good hotel to stay.

One of best restaurants in AURANGABADIt is in good location and the hotel provides value for money. Room is in the centre of the city and near to Railway station and good shopping places. Room ambiance is really good. Overall it gives value for money. Everything, from the very comfy bedroom to the buffet breakfast to the friendly and helpful staff.Located near railway station is this charming place , probably the best in town , general quality of the hotel is superior.

Good Food, Good Hospitality. But very old furnishings and upholstery. The covers on the chairs in the restaurant are dirty, and need immediate replacement. They look like 5 years old. The bed mattress is over used and does not support the back any more. Food is really good. Bar is also very cosy.

Good comfortable stay

Its like any other restaurants and bar. I expected more. The service wasnt that good. They can do better because of what they charge you for drinks and food. They are not familiar with alot of new things. I guess its still like that in most parts of Aurangabad. They can even improve on the ambience and the place. They need a lot of improvements and new things and be up to date on latest trends in food and beverages. It was an OK experience overall. Not that good or not even bad, maybe that was because of the company that I had. But still they really need to improve on various aspects of the hotel.

Decent place, reasonable prices. Breakfast was great.The water from the basin is not potable, however there is no sign to clearly state this.Staff was polite and courteous.As in every hotel, a government issued ID is required at check-in. This can be Adhar card, passport or OCI card.Not enough hot water coming out from the showers.

Nice place to hang out in the evening time, crowd is well educated here and their staff is professional. Few dishes are way too expensive but some are really good, I like chicken biryani. It has a good quantity and taste.Sometimes they also offer discounts on beers or buy 2 get 1 offer.

Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is Ok. Housing keeping is bad seeing the name of hotel. I was given room which had used linen and hairs lying on it. It was bought to the notice of hotel. Then I was given another room. Secondly their management do not have some sense if rooms are there why they allot handicapped rooms?Breakfast menu and assortment is not upto the mark.Not the one of Keys brand name.

Excellent Hotel. I had booked a mini Suit was upgraded to Full Suit Room. Very good buffet breakfast & excellent Dinner Buffet.Linin has greatly improved since my last visit. Clean rooms, good sleap quality, good AC. Very Corteous service. Nice and Free WiFi service although one has to re-enter a new Pass code / word every day. Everything was just fine. The hotel though could do with a facelift. Well done will visit again shortly.

I was here for 2 nights for a training session. The rooms are well kept and neat. The room service is quick and nice. Found the rates to be tad bit expensives on the menu. The breakfast spread is very nice and a lot of variety offered during breakfast. The hotel has its own car service if you wish to travel around the city. This place is like 20 minutes drive from the airport and a km away from the railway station. Only hitch I see is in parking space. There is no proper parking allotment here. More of first come, first serve basis so be mindful of that. The staff is polite and proficient.

The facilities offer nice room. The room is equipped with tea coffee maker, minibar, locker etc. Bathroom has blow dryer and toiletries. Now the pros is, it has limited buffet breakfast menu. The toiletries include only soap and shampoo. Food menu of restaurant is also pretty limited

Ok ok experience.Rooms are not lit properly. Two of the bulbs were not working. Hand shower was damaged. Hot water is LUKE warm only.Food is ok. Lobby has kerosene type smell and room AC temperature is managed centrally so I had to switch off the AC and sleep.A normal hotel, not worth to pay 3.5k+ taxes

Very good staff which met all my needs. Luxury and comfort both matched my stay here at the hotel. Also the breakfast spread is pretty good and gets your day going. Additional services provided at the hotel are really good too. Easily visible from a moving traffic.

Stayed here during my business visit. Hotel was clean and amenities were provided on request. The restaurant serves good food, however it would be best if you could tell the chef here to prepare less spicy food (most dishes we ordered turned out to be spicy). Buffet Breakfasts are available on all days with variety in food each day.

Nice location, best value for money.I checked in the business room and found to be just okay in size. Have been told that the entry level standard rooms are smaller in size. Wonder whether it would be a good proposition for those who intend to stay in it. Breakfast spread is good , Services is courteous though needed a reminder once. Theres not a whole lot distinguishing about this hotel, but it was solidly good service and condition, especially for the price. Many additional services are offered at excellent prices--it was a shame we didnt get a chance to take more advantage of them. The breakfast buffet was included with our room, and offered a good range of foods. The wifi was very good. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Keys is a good hotel to stay, especially being close to the railway station and also to the Industrial areas. The rooms are clean and tidy. Staff polite and swift. The buffet spread is good for breakfast and lunch. There is also a restaurant with attached bar then has outdoor seating that is ideal to wind down after a good days work.

One of the best place to take events like seminar and gettogether like parties here.Here you may enjoy with amenities which are really appreciable.You can add this place in your checklist if you looking for a place for press conference or company corporate event.I suggest you go and check the all options of cuisine and restaurant offer for event you are among for.

Went to this place as a part of a educational trip to Ajanta and Ellora caves in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. My detailed review below:Check In/Check Out experience: Swift. The front office staff was pleasant to interact with. The team sent out staff to get our luggage down within minutes of informing.Rooms: The rooms are sufficiently large with large beds that accommodates a family of 3 easily. The amenities provided were sufficient. The second floor rooms do give a great view but I think one can settle for it considering the value for money.Food: The buffet breakfast though was quite average. The fruitcakes kept on the counter very observably stale, the bread was stale too. The crockery for juices were unclean. The room service was prompt but did not come for clearance. Overall I would say you get appropriate value for money and would surely recommend the hotel.

Keys Hotel Aures is situated at Aurangabad. It is in very well connected location and their services are very good. Staffs are professional and helpful. They have in-house restaurant and it serves nice food. I will recommend.
