Not so good service center, the executive are unprofessional, took my product without providing a job sheet, gave me false assurances, they wont do your work just tell u that they have forwarded the device and will say that they will convey you the details by 6, but when you yourself call them at 6 they will say they need your id proof, when you provide them they would not see it still say that they have forwarded the mail...Please beware of these people..The service center near 7 Hills is much better.

Detailed Review :Problem - Redmi K20 pro display cpu issue.1. I went to this service center because it had the best review on maps among other service centers in Abad2. I submitted my phone in the morning and they told me theyll call me till 6 and tell me whats the problem with phone after checking.3. No one called nor messaged. so I called them but no one picked up. So I went to service center to check.4. After reaching there they told me that IT MIGHT BE motherboard issue ( because they are bunch of arrogant technicians who cant figure out the problem themselves, and they also dont have any equipments to check ), well order the motherboard and check if it works after replacing. So I had no choice to submit my phone to them.5. After a couple a days I called for status but they said part hasnt arrived yet.6. I recieved a message that your phones inspection is done and check with it. I went to service center and they told this message came by mistake. Your parts hasnt arrived yet.7. So I picked up the phone, paid rs.118 for nothing and went to a local shop who replaced the cpu in rs.3000 on the same day and my phone was perfectly new.Even if service center had repair my phone, they wouldve charged me nearly rs.16000 for that motherboard. So I guess Im never gonna go to service center in future.Also I wont complain about their arrogant behaviour because theyve to deal with many types of people. But their delay and lack of efforts wont be accepted.

I had replaced my broken camera lens glass they charge 650Rs where camera glass price is 100 only and in next 5 days only my camera lens get filled with dust ,very poor quality work 😡😡 please avoid this sevice centre very cheap quality service

I feel these people are cheater they dont fill up Job worksheet simply tell customer to return after 2hour till they will find the issue then shows physical damage...which could have done by them also as I can see many customers had same issue and ask huge amount as mi parts are already costly...and as they say its a physical damage so warranty wont be covered so please if anybody face these issues take them to consumer court.and ask them to diagnose before you instead of leaving handset with them.

When I went for first time my device was in warranty so I got a fast and free service. 3 days later I went to them to tell about faulty button issue, they took my phone and I had to wait for 2-3 hours when my device came the issue was still present they didnt repair it they just kept my phone for 2 hours and gave it back saying it was usable and not a big issue. Though my phone is in warranty they didnt replace the buttons. It was irresponsible on their side as they could have told me same thing promptly. Anyways never going there again !

First of all, i should mention that this service center doesnt want to fulfill customers wish. I had taken my REDmi y2 handset for repair at this service centre, They charged Rs. 100 for doing service on a mobile which is still in warranty. Also after analysing phone, they said the main board has bend and also Screen is bent and hence mobile could not be repaired under warranty and it was returned back to me. so i carried my mobile back to my home at mumbai and submitted same handset to MI service centre at Mumbai, The mobile got repaired under warranty. screen was absolutely fine. no bents on Mainboard etc. The motherboard has failed and it was replaced by new one with absolutely zero cost since repaired under warranty. This is what the difference of attitude of people working. The MI service center at aurangabad is the worst in understanding customers problem. Dont go to this centre. Full of unskilled and stupid persons
