Worst experienceWe came here from nagpur...old tvz....screen damaged....remotes not working properly.....wifi service not working....wastage of money

Shagun hotel was fabulous and betiful arengments .and that hotel owner is great man .

Pathetic experience staying here. Bed is not comfortable and Furnitures are so old that it makes noise. Bedsheet and towels also look old and dirty.No toiletries were provided and they dont provide even a single complementary bottle. Everything is chargeable here.

Fantastic stay

Horrible place. In the business if hospitality but without eyes and heart of hospitality management.Its like someone had extra cash so invest in this industry without any knowledge or inclination to do this kind of service business.They have restaurant but dont see food.Dont give room service.

This hotel is near perfect! Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Well done to all concerned!

Only rooms are clean and good management by treebo worth 3 stars. Bathroom need to fix up as there are issue with water taps. No mobile network inside as its old property but they have renewed inside. AC And tv is good.

Poor bathroom condition, bad smells in restaurant due to poor cleanliness. High charge for the provided room conditions. Hot water service is a name shake.

First time tried treebo. Not a great experience. No hot water in the rooms, telephone doesnt work, no dustbins, no drinking water is provided on daily basis. its just ok

Very bad experience. AC and other fixtures are put it on wall and ceiling just above and near the bed area. Water drops just on your face if you put ac on 20°c. Very poor management. In complementary breakfast they serves only three items and you can opt only one of them which is very bad. Never suggest to anyone. Go for any other hotel/oyo nearby.

Just okayish. Aurangabad was our base on our trip to Ajanta Caves, Ellora Caves and Daulatabad Fort. We only used the place to tuck in and for that the hotel has pretty reasonable charges, hot water for early morning starts and complimentary to bottles of small bisleri water every day. They offer complimentary breakfast which is best avoided. You can simply hit the road and find better breakfast around. We had breakfast at Shagun on our first day - Poha and Upma - but it just wasnt worth the wait of 30 odd minutes. The coffee was pretty decent. I personally did not like the arrangements in the room like a broken dustbin in the room, the tables werent dusted and the bed spreads had holes in them. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A okayish place if you just want to come, sleep and start out early morning but definitely not up to Treebo standards.I did like the treebo smart lines on the toiletries.😎

The place is fine its a three star hotel in Aurangabad,the food is great,rooms are nice quite cozy, have mirror, attached bathroom,tv,ac I loved the experience may be because of the company but its a nice place to be in but its not for the couples u cant stay there the manager will ask you to leave

Room which I had given was not good. No wardrobe for clothes. Room was smelly too.

Pathetic service. AC was broken down but needed to pay charges for AC room.... Hygiene is not maintained as well. Wont recommend to anyone........

This is a pure veg hotel. Bathrooms are not clean, no hot water provided. Pillow cushions are torn.
