They dont care about delivering the order, just pay them online and forget your order. when you call them on customer care number they dont respond. such irresponsibly team

I have been waiting since 4 mnths for solving my query, but they haenot solved it since then.. They are just blocking my numbers and not replying to my messages... How can one be so unethical, they are not standing at their own words.. Seriously very disgusting service... hire some good team guyzzz who are responsible to revert to the customer query....

I found this team to be very irresponsible towards their customer.. I have been calling since 4 mnths, but they dont reply, for 100 msgs they reply with 1 msg that office is closed, but after office opens they dont revert back.... ridiculous

The order movement is very slow...Ecom express moving exactly like tortoise.... Khambhat to Ahmedabad it took 3 days.... Imagine 120 kilometer 3 days.... For me it is really shocking. When you call to foodwalas, I feel like I am talking to sudguru... He will say all is well... Foodwalas this is my first and last order...

Worst service provided. Committed to deliver product by Wednesday and now saying we have not committed and the rude behaviour of the executive. Will never recommend anyone for foodwalas. Wasted my time. I would have ordered my product from somewhere else

I had a wonderful experience as a client with them. First of all they have a great variety of chosen vendors from all over india and i was amazed to see this. I have used twice their services and i was 100 % satisfied for the first order which i ordered the famous mathura peda from vrindavan to nagpur. Which was delivered by DHL within two days. My family was very happy and have been fans of these pedas.My second order was from Jalgaon (a famous sweets shop) to AMravati. The logistics took a week (to my surprise which is a lot of time), i spoke to foodwalas quite a few times and they assured me of quality and freshness and assured me of improving logistics in future. And wait was worth. The packing was worth watching and the softness of sweets and the price made us forget the wait.I recommend foodwalas and will not hesitate ordering next time.
