Been two weeks since I’ve placed my order they have lost my photo once and had to re scan cause they had made no comms, came back to pick it up the next time and still hasn’t been made, now that I’m angry and wanted a refund they did it in ten minutes . Not good at all.

November 2020, we came into your store and asked for shirts to be done for my fathers funeral. The help was awesome, customer service was great. Come the next day of his funeral... nearly all the shirts start peeling. 26/11/20 I had sent an email through in regards to this and was told to bring shirts in store to be fixed and allow 4-5 working days for this to be done (as per email response from Vishu)Shirts had been dropped off to the store and so we waited. Weve been in store twice to check on shirts only to be told by the lady who was in the front counter to leave my contact details which she will contact me on the Saturday, this DID NOT happen.I called through to check again, shirts still had not been done. Keep in mind, it had passed 4-5 working days in which email response was sent. I understand that there are other customers but to sit here with no update by the store was very annoying.. especially after paying over one thousand dollars for peeled shirts (which I still have the invoice as proof).It is now the 9th January 2021 and we have finally received ALL the shirts fixed. I have read the other reviews by other customers and its pretty disappointing seeing others have had a great experience with you and we DID NOT.I will not recommend this store to any friends or family as this is my first and worst experience with a printing store. I will be sticking with Westees Custom Printing, All Out Customs and AK111 Apparel.

It took them for me to go to them yestersay which was 3 days after I took my 2 jumpers in & on one of my jumpers the photo wasnt in the middle & was crooked & the same as the writing I paid $40 each for the both of the jumpers to be done but because one of the jumpers were crooked they shouldve given most of my money back, The other jumper was alright but me personally didnt like the one that was crooked and wouldnt go here again

I had a brochure that I was using for a wedding couple printed today after another printer had done a bad job previously. Vishal was informative and knowledgeable about what would work and what would not, regarding paper/card stock, which helped me to decide which stock to choose. I came in last week. To pick up some photos. The service was ok and I appreciated the trouble, they went to . To resize a couple of my photos. But when I went to pay. The cost was $4.00 per photo. As opposed to 30 c at Warehouse staitionery. Yes, the service was a little better. But cant believe, they think they warrant charging those sort of prices!
