Bought a couple of products from this shop. First one was a Logitech mouse a few months ago, second one was a gaming keyboard a few days ago. Website is easy to navigate around, price is very reasonable and for some items cheaper than most shops. I ordered my gaming keyboard on Sunday and got the item on Tuesday. Would definitely shop here again.

Computer Lounge were fantastic as always to deal with. They were very patient with me in all my questions and ramblings regarding a new PC build. They were super accomodating in helping me find parts and making sure the system was fully functional and compatible. Since dropping off the gear, the build was done within a week and the system was fully checked and tested. The system and remaining accessories were safely packed into boxes, once I got home and plugged it all in, it booted up with no worries. Very happy and over the moon with the whole process. DO NOT PURCHASEPurchased a product off them, attempted multiple times to contact them over it, mentioning how it had issues that I believed were caused by a fault, etc. I ended up waiting over a week, and was only messaged 7 days after the product was purchased. Where the Support Centre would not give a straight answer, and after asking for additional photos of the fault, they went quite and didnt message me back after a few weeks, I attempted emailing them, calling them, etc. No help at all, the closest I got to getting help was calling them to merely be told I need to email them about the issue.Even if your item is faulty, youll still have to fork out for shipping, they will not assist you via email, and will require you send in your item no matter what, I was merely trying to get advice, and was told the only way I can get assistance is if I fork out $50+ for shipping and $90 per hour if they find no fault with it.I made multiple attempts to contact them before the 7 day return ended, and all attempts failed, where I was only messaged back 8 days after I purchased the product, they mentioned how its already been 7 days, and that they can not assist me with a 7 day return.Undoubtedly one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.

Sub par customer service for an exuberant fee. Over priced items that can easily be sourced at other retailers. If your looking at getting into PC building this is not the place. You will get no after purchase support in your builds. I tried calling a couple times to help with item compatibility and troubleshooting, only advice they will give is how much their technicians cost. Disappointing.

I wish I could give -5 stars.Ordered a GPU. On the website it says 1-2 days delivery.After 1 week I called and got told will be with you in the next days. The supplier had issues...Another week later I called again. Got told the exact same thing.After 2 1/2 week I ended up cancelling my order and bought it somewhere else. Need that thing quick so I could continue to work...When I ask them why you dont change your delivery dates on your website? I got told that depends on the supplier...Like are you not in charge of your own website ?At least send an email saying the delivery will be delayed... Dont mess with customers and tell them lies if you dont have any idea on how long it will take to deliver.

Read the fine print. If you order something online and its not right and youve opened it these guys will try and take 35% off any refund if you return it (read their policy if you dont believe me!). I bought a pair of $339 headphones online and they tried to charge me $119 restock fee. In the end they charged me $50 (15%) to return them but I had to kick off about it to get them to do that. A place like PB Tech will only charge 20%. Just so you know.

Bought CPU, Motherboard and RAM from computer lounge. RAM did not like the XMP profile, so I sent back all three parts for RMA. They were not able to resolve the issue and did not know what the problem was. However, they still charged me the service fee and shipping (Well within their rights) even though they are able to do this under the consumer guarantees act it makes the consumer feel scammed (not having the problem fixed) and not want to shop there ever again. I gave PB Tech one call about my situation and they said they would do it free of charge, even though its from computer lounge!!! Thats how you keep customers!!

Purchased a new Acer monitor from them last week. Tried to contact them the next day for an exchange as the monitor is not correct for my current setup. No one answered their phones for 3 days after multiple times trying to contact them and leaving messages. Eventually someone got back to me and said I need to pay a 35% restock fee on an item which is brand new and still has original packaging which is ridiculous. Will not be purchasing from them again and dont recommend!
Wow! First build for me and they have everything you need for the best price! Initially ordered the ONEX GX220 Air Gaming Chair - Black Blue listed on the website only to find out a few days later the supplier didnt stock them anymore. Was offered a ONEX GX2 Gaming Chair - Black which was a bit more expensive but seemed suitable. Upon delivery, the plastic appeared to be quite cheap and had broken off in some places, however did not affect the functionality of the chair. The business seems reliable, however not entirely sure about the product received. The business did offer replacement parts for the broken parts.Also ordered a Razer Gigantus V2 Soft Gaming Mouse Pad - Large. Delivery was quick and product was as to be expected.
Went to purchase via computer lounge as pb tech had a long delivery time they told me.Computer lounge said 2 days. There was no communication or contact on what was going on as half my order was shipped. After 3 emails and no replies over a few days so I called them and finally got answers. If I has known it was going to take longer I would have purchased elsewhere.
Ordered parts for a system from here to build myself. They specified and made sure all parts and even double checked a few days after my build that it had gone well and everything was working. Couldnt be more happy with the guys at computer lounge.

Rating is rather half a star as I have been messed around by computer lounge Mt Wellington.I ordered my Gaming Monitor on the 14th of July. Originally I was told that the product would be in store in 2 days which was extended by another 2 more days and then a further 3 weeks! However, I was offered a few available alternatives but those options were just disappointing just like their poor communication 😕 I rarely get a response to a simple email or an update from them which is extremely frustrating. This experience will be my last as I will not shop here in the future....... COMMUNICATION IS KEY 😃 🙏
Ordered a keyboard Monday night (30.11), got it to pick up. Shipping says 1-2 days, so figured it would be quicker going to their store. Called Thursday, they said they were expecting it to arrive today (Thursday 3.12) but it hadnt, so should arrive in store tomorrow (Friday 4.12).We give them another call because we hadnt heard anything. The person on the phone said the courier arrives around 10:30-11am so we will know by then. Asked them if they could track where it was, no we dont do that. Asked how we would be notified about the location of the keyboard, email or phone call. The person said we would receive an email with an tracking number. We had it directly shipped to the store, which made us believe the person didnt even look at our order number. We are now left with out the keyboard over the weekend.Extremely frustrating as we needed the keyboard as soon as possible and had to buy a cheap one in the meantime. Poor customer service. Went to them because they were the cheapest but definitely will not be going back to Computer Lounge after this.

I only ordered from Computer Lounge because they had the items I was after in stock. To my disappointment, they did not.... Computer Lounge also do not respond to emails.
While their prices are comparable to other stores, the service is absent. They charge for services they dont fulfil, and attempts to contact via their own Web form have been ignored.
Made some orders during Black Friday for a new PC Im building. Went on a Saturday believing they were open until 5:30pm (as per Google) but they had closed at 4pm (arrived around 4:30pm). However since staff were still there, they were kind enough to let me pick up my orders AND purchase another item. Parts are all in good nick too. Much respect to the staff (I didnt get their names - sorry!) who helped me out, definitely secured a returning customer when I upgrade my PC!!
If youre buying a monitor, I dont recommend using this company.Ordered a $1400 monitor last year and after about 3 months; the display broke. I asked for a replacement rather than a repair, knowing how high the chances of having further malfunctions post-fix were, and they refused. I expected it to take a few weeks or so for it, but It took them 2 months to get it sent back out to me. I get it out of the box, set it up, and surprise surprise: dead pixels, flickering screen and scratches around the neck of the stand. Another faulty display.I send it back again and I ask for a new one, but am refused. Ask for a refund: refused. They take another month to get that same display processed and they finally end up saying that theyre sending a brand new one instead. Great... Could of just done that 3 months ago.Unfortunately, I wont be using this company again. The initial engineer helping me was a nice guy, so he deserves a shout-out for at least trying, but the next person I dealt with had no sympathy, no apology or sense of urgency to remedy the situation. I had to contact them every time to get some kind of update on whats going on or when to even expect a delivery. Didnt even bother to reply to my email of complaint about the service.

I live in Christchurch cbd and I placed order on last Saturday. its Friday 5pm now been over a week already , I check online my parcel still processing at depot.I bought another massage equipment at the same time online in Auckland store and received it on Tuesday. This is the difference! If you don’t care about waiting then never mind but best place to go would be amazon.Update: Without redirected, the parcel would arrive around 8,9th July see attached tracking.I ordered another mouse paying extra overnight delivery option and it arrives the next working day which is fantastic.Update: Another order just came the other working day, So in general the shipping time is 1-2 days. The first product took 4-5 days i think this is just really bad luck.Also the package is wraped with bubbles and pretty good protection so i decide to change my rating star to 4 now!

Very good for sales and when things go well but absolutely useless when needing repairs sorted out. I returned a case fan to them in very early January 2021 (DOA) and have heard absolutely nothing back from them despite numerous emails asking for details. I realise that COVID-19 is slowing down freight and stock availability but how hard can it be to actually tell your customer what updates you have? Clearly its much too difficult for this business.The various items I have purchased from them have been delivered in a timely manner and exactly as ordered but their after-sales support is severely lacking.

I have generally only had good experiences with CL going back a decade. However recently there was a problem with my order they didnt contact me to tell me this. Thinking it strange that I hadnt received an email saying the click and collect order was ready I tried contacting them. They dont answer the phone (I know I know its 2021 but it was just a quick question) so I messaged them on social media and eventually got a reply saying theyd get back to me. By that time Id given up and just visited the store in person to get answers. In store they were very helpful and resolved the problem with my order.
This company is charging customers a 15% RESTOCK fee for items that are purchased within a 7 day period. In my instance, I genuinely accidently ordered 2 CPUs for a system I was building. I contacted them less than 24 hours after the purchase and they still refused to take the item back without a restocking fee because the item had left the building. I even offered to send the item back at my own cost. BUYER BEWARE!!!

As a first time builder, I had a lot of questions about parts, pricing, and the availability of GPUs (picked the worst time to build a PC apparently). Paul was really patient answering all my questions. They also said yes to my price match requests. When I requested a refund for a product (that they had not yet shipped) I received it in 3 minutes, I was actually astonished at how fast it was. They were also quick to answer questions via email. I purchased a mouse from Computer Lounge, the Logitech G Pro Wireless, and 2 weeks later the wireless Receiver started to play up and not work. I emailed them, their team told me to bring it in for testing. They tested it when I came in, confirmed it was faulty and GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT!! Absolutely amazing service. Christmas Miracle ;)

Computer Lounge is amazing in so many respects. Paul Pattison responds to every single email and in good time. He is patient, always answering questions. Purely on account of the good reviews I saw, and his email responses, I felt I could trust them, and got the Blue Yeti microphone from him. The service is top notch, and I highly recommend Computer Lounge. Id be more than happy to make any future purchases from the store. Highly recommended.
Word of warning: Note that Computer Lounges refund policy states that they have to charge 15 - 20% on unopened / sealed returns, as a restocking fee. As this is percentage based for some purchases this ends up being quite a lot of money, for putting a sealed item back on a shelf. Suggest you use MightyApe, PB Tech, 1stWave, PC Force etc. as no one else appears to charge this fee for unopened items.
My issue was resolved by Rohit. He was very understanding of my issue and concerns and they were promptly dealt with. I initially had an issue with my order that wasnt solved immediately, but once Rohit found out about it, he turned my experience around and now i am very satisfied with my purchase.
DO NOT ever buy from computer lounge! If there is a faulty product they will obfuscate & deny that the product is faulty. I have spent over 2 months trying to get my money back for a faulty motherboard that wont connect to a network & they have vehemently refused to accept the fault. They have claimed because im using a Linux OS the network controller wont work as Intel doesnt support drivers for Linux & that its my fault for choosing a motherboard that only has windows drivers.

*****Very dodgy***** company, still no refund after a week. Look at all 1 star reviews before purchasing products with computer lounge. We returned a faulty CPU. It took 3 days and the phantom courier never picked it up as promised by computer lounge. We spent money sending it back which also has not been reimbursed as promised. We are getting charged $80 for testing and they are refusing to give us a refund or a replacement. As I am a member of consumer protection I will not give up and give these dishonest thieves my money. We have lost $235 + courier costs + downtime. I am happy to remove this review once a full and cleared refund appears in my account. Our correspondence is being ignored by computer lounge

I would not recommend Computer Lounge unless you want to end up paying exorbitant return fees out of touch with the standard practice in the market. They charged us a 20% restocking fee equating to $67 for headphones that were unopened, still in their shrink wrap and returned within a week. This is not a fair practice.
Initially was a good experience, staff going over and beyond for my order. I ordered a cablemod extension kit and a seperate 8 pin Cable for my 3080. The stand alone 8 pin was out of stock ,the staff member went the extra mile to source me one from an extension kit which had a spare 8 pin cable. I was told that it was all sorted and is ready to be picked up. My mate was kind enough to pick it up for me as a favour since I live in the North Shore, unfortunately the stand alone 8 pin cable was not processed and was forgotten as part of the order. Usually not a big deal but since I live on the other side of the bridge this is now a hassle.I appreciate your staff going the extra mile, it’s just unfortunate that now that I will have to pay for shipping even though I already sorted for my orders to be picked up knowing that everything was there when it wasn’t. I understand that shipping is only 3 dollars, but it’s still an amount that I didn’t need to spend.**EDIT**Sherwin got in touch and sorted it out for me.
