It is not about Vasanth & Co.I would like to share my experience with LG TVsI have 2 LG LED TVs. Purchased in the interval of 1 Year,With Both the TVs, I got the issue of White Bright Spot appearing on the Screen, exactly after 1.5 to 2 Years of Purchase.Initially one came, Later, it got multiplied throughout Screen.Registered the call with LG. Service Technician quoted exorbitant price to rectify the issue.Later, I understood from Internet Search that there are many LG TV customers are affected with same problem. Repair cost is around 30 to 40% of TV cost.My advice is that don’t look only at the cost. Remember, Companies will charge more on the post warranty service issues.Discuss with the sales person of any retailers and document on the post warranty service cost and Comprehensive (extended warranty) cost.Note: I don’t have any intention to spoil the Brand. I reviewed my Experience with LG TVs.
