Best location, best building,affordable car park area… but the sales boys standing there is like dummy.. they won’t sell anything I think, I waited more hours to get my size of shoes and there attitude is very rude and I totally disappointed and given back the product and won’t come back this place…

The location of shop is great. You have space for 3 cars. So plan for less crowded time.The staff is very courteous and helpful. They suggest based on preference.Its true that variety and size combination can be tricky. But now they provide home delivery if the correct size is not available. You can pay in the store, so its a prepais order.Offers and loyatly bonus are now available in BATA . Its good and reliable product if you fing what you like. Not the fanciest but durable and affordable. Silcon store is at around 300m toward kollam, so please drop there for fancy ones.

Space to park three cars. Collection for adults is okay but too less for kids. Staff is polite and promptly tells you about offers available, unlike the practice in many outlets of many brands in Kerala. The security guard actively helps you get in and out of parking. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Collection seems bit low... And most of remaining stock wont have a proper size there... But they will order the same for you & get the products home delivered... Shop seems to be in an easily accessible spot. Overall experience was good

I had an average experience from here. The collection of footwear was also low. But there seems to be quality products out there. Those looking for new fashions may be disappointed.
