I wont suggest this shop to anyone. I called and enquired about few baking tools which is available or not. They ensured that all the items which i have asked are there. So i decided to go there even though it is very far from my house thinking that i will get every baking items from there as the shop owner told. Road widening work was going on there. So i need to travel more to reach there. Finally i reached there. (Only 3 staffs were there.One at the counter, one will help the customers by saying no this is product is out of stock and i dont know what the other guy do. He simply take each product, look the beauty and keep it at the same place. First i thought he was a customer. ) I asked for spatula. They said : its out of stock. I asked for bread knife .this time also the same answer even for cake tray, turntable. I asked then y did u people told all these are available when i called in the morning. They didnt admit that they picked the call. Later that boy told that may be his cousin picked the call. What a responsibility!!!! Then i asked for other items which is available there. Whenever the boy goes to take it the guy at the counter will call him and ask him to take something for the customer at the counter. This went for few minutes. Their good luck, there is no shop near the locality, so i stood there. It took lot of time for billing also. Waste of time, waste of travel.

Not expecting more. Staff was not friendly. I called and enquired about availability of an item. They replied, as new stock has arrived and, when I reached in person there by travelling about 20kms frm home, they said its not available. They are irresponsible. Since there is no such shops nearby, they are surviving. But to the owner, I advice to be humane.Customers are king. Dont disappoint them.But I can assure that cost is affordable, when compare to shops in city
