The shop was running short of supplies. This is understandable because of the lockdown due to the pandemic. The sales staff were very helpful though they knew they didnt have fresh stock with them.

I like Bata, always I prefer Bata over other stores. I would like to suggest,its always better to keep all foot sizes of shoes/slippers not just the standard foot sizes.

Lots of variety and offers available along with attentive service. Most of the products are with 3 months warranty only. Rest everything fine. Durable products.

Prices are k,Quality also k , online Bata footwear items are not available if available also Sizes wont be..I checked personally 4 to 5 branches ...customer to staff relation not bad .

This show room is located in the prime area near pillar-141. I visited a couple of days back and on that day they have placed a stall outside the showroom with 50% off but we didnt opt anything from that.Coming to the actual review, we visited to buy a sandals to my wife and they shown some good models for a couple of minutes after that the executive left the place and we oursef surfed and tried all models without any assistance. After a long search and trail we found a model satisfactory then i called a executive to get me a new piece of the selected model. One executive came with some lack of intrest and said we dnt have any new piece i will pack u the display one. Is this is fair to buy a display piece which was worn by 100 of ppl. Then we asked diff sizes in some other model and literally they said no no for all. Atlast after spending a hour we left the showroom without buying anything. These guys needs to train the executives and to keep a good stock to serve the customers.

This is the official BATA showroom where you can get all types of foot wears from casual to office wears and party wears. BATA is a well trusted brand of foot wear which has good reputation in the market. The cost here may a bit higher but the quality provided is always at the top.

Upon asking for help, it was clearly evident that they were not at all happy to help.

Lot of new collection is in stock. The only bata showroom in the vicinty which can be easily noticed from traffic. No discounts at the time of my visit. However, collection is good. Will get some discount if you have bata membership. Not a big shop when compared to other bata branches.

A newly opened bata store in attapur. Bought couple of pair of shoes for my marriage. Good quality and nice service as well. They have a very good policy of item replacement in case of any defect. I used this service as i got a defective shoe in one of my pucharge and they happily accepted the return and replaced it with new pair of shoes. Thanks bata for your service.

Too limited with BATA products and highly less staffed. BATA products are durable and prices are within the range. I prefer BATA footwear then any other brand on any given day. Requested the management to keep the store clean and the staff to be quick in service. Increase the varieties.
