I went there to buy my brother 1 plus mobile good facility staff helps and u will get two offers there can save 2 to 2.5 thousands by paytm and credit card offers they provide or even you can choose a option pickit from store online and in 15 minutes they will provide you the phone no need to wait for days to online delivery and provide some coupons to save on shoes which is besides the store.

Extremely Disappointed. Regret purchasing at store.I have purchased Real me airbuds 2, left earpiece is not working. I immediately went back to the store and complained.First they asked me to visit the service center for replacement. When I hesitated, they said theyll send a person and kept the product with them.Next day I had to follow up couple of times and after visiting the store to check the status, they stated that it would take another 48 hours.Very unhappy, if I had purchased from online store like Amazon,I would have got my refund or replacement already. I dont know how long it is going to take. Not going to purchase in reliance store ever.

The tech experts here are not having the actual information or knowledge towards tech. They dont see the specifications of product but instead recommend a particular brand. Rest all was good. It has all the latest products. And if they dont have the one we want well just need to ask and theyll get it for us. Unless they dont sell that particular product. Pricing after the discounts is quite attractive. Hope this review helps.

I always love to buy electronic products from Reliance digital. Yesterday I have went to buy a whirlpool refrigerator 200 litters at BAJAJ ELECTRONIC and the price is 16000. Later on I went to Attapur Spencer and the same whirlpool refrigerator price is 15499. Finally I thought let me check in Reliance digital and I got the same whirlpool refrigerator price is 13499 and 10 percent instant cash back. I feel so blessed at that time Wow and amazing. I request you once Cross check the price before you purchase and electronic products in Reliance digital.

Worst store ever. Delivered faulty product ( Carrier split Ac) not even worked a single day, installed and fuss...! MOREOVER doesnt even recieve phone calls. So after purchase if they dont recieve call you have to visit store again and again, waste of time,energy, petrol,money. Dont waste your time and money people as i wasted 40,000 of hard earned money.

I have placed an order on reliance digital website on 04 SEP 2020. OnePlus Nord phone payment went through, delivery should happened in one business day but didnt. I contacted customer service team they asked me to check with the store and collect the phone. I contacted the store and asked for the same, no proper response, hence walked in to the store to check. Store manager says phone is unavailable cancel the order and get refund. Please do not purchase anything on this website or at reliance store, it sucks, now the Nord phones are sold out in other stores as well. Order number RDF0615228 very bad experience and I could not get the phone which I wanted after I paid 29,999

The best store, good with almost everything, purchased, OnePlus7T, HP Printer, Samsung 1.5 ton and Lloyd 1 ton AC and Apple Airpods.Experience was good, the Bajaj finance department was quick in selecting EMI and billing and always delivered and the services for AC was good and the technicians from this store are good and suggest options to customers that are good for the products.Overall, I prefer this store and this is the nearest store and they never disappointed and I prefer this store as first option for electronics.

Installation went on smooth, but I would like to pont out the following two (2) issues ... (1) At the time of purchasing VOLTAS 1.5 Ton Split AC (purchase includes Brackets for Out Door Unit; and Additional Stabilizer), we were told installation is FREE OF CHARGE. The Installer charged Rs.200 for installing BRACKETS (to place the Out Door Unit on it). How can anyone install outdoor unit without installing brackets? How can they claim INSTALLATION IS FREE OF CHARGE ... when they are charging Rs.200 for installing bracket? .(2) There is absolutely NO POST INSTALLATION CLEANI-UP. The dirt and pieces of concrete fallen off the wall caused by drilling holes in the wall was left AS IS. It is a MESSY INSTALLATION.
