We hired Torc to convert our site from magento1 to magento 2 we we’re impressed with Niall’s sales pitch and the fact he guaranteed us completion in 6 weeks his website is quite impressive showing all his offices etc, it turns out Torc is a small business working from a house in Athlone, nothing wrong with that even though I feel his website does not represent reality and gives a false impression.We paid Torc 50% Deposit amounting to several thousand euros.Alarms started after 6 Weeks as outside a mock up we had nothing. After 6 months Niall produced a site which was not fit for purpose. He seemed unable to correct his mistake no matter how much help we gave him he just ignored us refusing to meet up or take phone calls.We tried to help him but it was a waste of time he just did not have the ability to understand Magento 2 even though he told us he was an expert, we fired Torc and hired a new company who had us up and running in 2 weeks.We lost thousands as our site was down, we never got our deposit back. I am writing this to warn people about Torc please use someone else I wish we had.
