This building is situated at the highest landmark in university near university library. The staffs here deals mainly with the electrical and water supplies.. They take care of the engineering issues of the whole departments offices and hostels in the campus. The top of this building is the favorite place for majority students in the campus but the entry there is now restricted due to security issues.
