The ancient structure of the site was a small cross-shaped, three-dimensional central dome of St. Astvatsatsin church dating from the 6th-7th centuries, the foundations of which were found excavated. Nearly 30 meters east of the building, the Cathedral of the Cathedral was built in the first half of the 11th century. It is a domed hall with double hinges, whose fronts are designed with Armenian hollows.

Such a nice place to relax your mind!To get here, you have to go to the village of Buzhakan. Getting there is easy. You will need some 1,5 or 2 hours to get to the monastery if walking from the village. Walking is a little bit long but the nature is very nice and the weather is cool.The monastery lies in ruins. But there are amazing ornaments inside. There is an ornament of cross of David, peacock, some geometrical figures and many Christian crosses.
