The lovely atmosphere and vintage look makes it more beautiful and if you ask about the food quality and quantity, then both are more than batter. Price is quite reasonable. Lovely place for an outing.

What I liked the best was behaviour of the hotel staffs. They are always there to help you out with anything at any hour of the day or night. Very polite and very cooperative. The hotel is also nice, comfortable and have spacious rooms. We stayed at a suite for 2 nights. Food is also good if ordered from the restaurant.Just 1 star I gave less coz the buffet breakfast menu was not very good and it had not many options.Overall this is a very good place to stay in Asansol and the location is also very convenient.

I booked the hotel for my birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. Clean rooms with all facilities provided. Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff were also efficient and extremely welcoming. Overall I am extremely happy with stay at The Grand at such an affordable price.🤗Will recommend more people to book here. I did not dislike anything! Staff people were not judgemental at all. Everyone was professional and offered every facility with respect. It was my birthday and they even arranged for a cake stand. I loved the hospitality!

Initially there was a problem regarding room price mentioned by the hotel. But many thanks to Goibibo, they handled and managed the difficulties very well. The hotel is awesome, rooms are very clean, service is also satisfactory. Thanks to The Grand & Goibibo! I will definitely choose Goibibo for my future bookings and refer to others also.

The food was blant and tasteless. And even when you tell them about the quality of food they try to explain you the food is supposed to be prepared that way. We ordered kadhai chicken. It was blant, tasteless and dry and smelt of raw masalas. When complained about it they said its supposed to taste like that!

Visited for work purpose.. The rooms are spacious and the staff is helpfull.

Decent experience. I had booked for 3. On check in we got to know that hotel will only provide an additional matress. However, room wasnt big enough to accommodate extra matress. After going back and forth, hotel upgraded the room without charging anything. After this it was a nice stay.

Soo Yesterday, we visited The Grand Aroma, it is a Multicuisine Restaurant.Firstly talking about the ambience, it has really good and friendly environment. Mostly empty in afternoons but you wont find it awkward. In the nights, they have good number of customers.Then the staff service was really good. They were quite friendly and served us according to our demands.So lets talk about the food, we ordered Chicken Platter from the starter menu.It had Chicken Reshmi Kababs, Chicken Tikka Kababs, Chicken Tandoori and Fish Kababs.Platter was served with the Dhaniya Curd Chutney and some salad.Each and every kabab was undoubtedly delicious.They had perfect blend of spices, they were juicy, perfectly cooked. Everything was soo perfect.Then we ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Kolhapuri with Butter Tawa Roti.Chicken Tikka Masala had the best gravy like you cannot resist your fingers and just lick it all.I had an amazing experience in there and would love to visit alot more often.Thankyou.

Visited 2nd time in last one year.Hotel infrastructure is good but maintenance is poor.Noisy environment and guest are smoking in lobby. Horrendous food quality. Worst food served in most expensive restaurant of Asansol. Naan were hard like rubber, biriyani (Rs 399 + tax) was packed with spices with no potato. I still cannot believe I am writing this for the restaurant but, unfortunately true.
