Sure enough, just what a previous review said about catch and bait, buy one get one free, it is true. There were a lot of people and a lot stuff in the store, so, you may feel over whelmed. I did not relize until i got home that I did not have my receipt. Then I checked my credit card and relized i was $169.00 for three pins, 19 pencils and a $79.00 buy one get one free hoody, something is wrong. I will, today, go back and ask for a receipt.

They have some great Syracuse stuff here a little expensive but worth it they’re also very helpful & nice here

Avoid this store. Classic bait and switch scam. Items are marked with fake prices (on the hangers, not the garment. There are no price tags on the garments) and customers are duped with the buy one get one free offer. Receipts are not issued and upon returning home, I saw that my card was charged $49.91 for a $7.99 t-shirt.

Super large selection of categories of Syracuse spirit wear ( one of my sons was thrilled with all the lacrosse choices from hats to shirts to sweatshirts ...) my oh my friendly and helpful staff. I easily would shop there again for all types of Syracuse fan items!

Amazing customer service!! The people that work there are so friendly and very helpful. I ordered a sweatshirt that I did not receive and the employee I spoke to on the phone was extremely apologetic and ordered me a new sweatshirt at no charge. Definitely recommend them to anybody

We went into the store on a Monday afternoon - had a wonderful chat with Dave who could not have been more helpful! What a selection of Cuse Schwag!! Its a great store and Dave seems to have a tremendous amount of Syracuse Pride - with amazing things to say about the students, faculty and the University. Well be back again! Rock on Dave!!

This place deserves five stars purely for the fact that theres a guy in 2-foot deep snow shouting Buy one get one free everyday all winter long. Much respect.

Google says theyre open till 8pm. I went there today at 7:00PM. They were closed. How disappointing.
