Best courier service ever😍

The dont deliver at home. We have to check their office then collect parcel from there. Waste of time and many. Ruining the fame and belief of DTDC.

They have been holding my parcel for almost 12 days & when i call them up theres no response..Had to visit their office to collect my parcel..I dont understand that if we need to visit their office for collecting our parcels why the hell do they charge for the consignment....

Worst service....urgent item I have posted relying on DTDC. However, particular this hub has worst service...Not deliver the item even after the tentative date of delivery exceeds. Now the parcel has to be collected from their office. If they dont know how to serve their customer, no need to open their office to haras the customers.

Courier packet reached in their office but due to route division of sales person will deliver lately
