The Hotel is with Great Infrastructure along with Great Hospitality.The washrooms are Newly renovated with new Amenities and essentials items.Liked the Size of Room and Overall Space.Areas of Improvement-*Room service need to be Improved as its little Slow but Well Behaved and Very Courteous.* Morning Breakfast Items need to be increased with some Widely accepted items rather then Regional preferences.Overall it was Great and Cozy to Stay in There.Keep it Up!Great Going.

The hotel is located at the center of the Asansol and all important places are nearby. The hotel has been recently renovated, and hence, the interiors and the bathroom fittings are very beautiful. The catering department needs little improvement as service which I experienced was somewhat slow. Besides, staff is well trained and know their job very well. A special mention of Mr. Khan who went out of his way to arrange early morning breakfast for me since I had to drive a long journey and wanted to start early.

Not as good as its fame...... shallow mentality....but GM personally is very good and customer friendly person..... overall good.....

Visited the place for dinner. Didnt like the food at all. The main course dishes was pathetic. Ordered Dal makhani and kadhai Paneer which was ridiculous. Kadhai paneer tastes sweet which was expected to be spicy, and on complaining the waiter took the leftover, did the changes and bought it to serve it again. These kind of service is very shameful. I dont think any good hotel provide such service rather then changing that complete dish.One more thing if u are trying lasagne for the first time, this place will be your worst choice because In name of lasagne they are serving sauted cheese vegetable which was horrible.

Its a fully AC hotel to stay with Gym facility and resturant fecility. I had a very bad experience about lunch. Chicken provide to me thats saltless and I have returned the same. Unfortunately cook said that everything is fine through phone calls. Hotel authority disagreed to provide any adjustment for the testless food. Food is very much costly therefore please check the price before ordering.

Good food, great ambience.Few staff not willing to follow Covid-19 precautions, wear mask properly or even wear gloves while serving food.After multiple requests and reluctance, few other staff stepped in wearing masks and gloves to do the needful.Please adhere to precautions and appropriate hygiene measures.

Poor service.HOTEL is hungry for money nad dont bothered about quality of service and product.Denied breakfast after 10:05 am in the morning and send one cold aloo paratha and pcs of carrot slice extremely cold and charged 200+ Taxes for that.Even did not offered Tea as complementry with breakfast.Will not refer any this hotel any office staff nor will stay in this hotel during future visit.

Good Service and Cleanliness

I have been visiting this hotels restaurant since the early 2000 and the food was comparable and sometimes even better than some of the 5 star hotels across the nation. However, over the past 2-3 years (during the renovation and makeover), the quality of food and the menu has drastically gone down. I used to relish the food before, but after todays visit, I will probably never visit the restaurant ever again.But I guess it made more business sense for the hotel to have undergone this change so I completely understand it. Anyhow, wish you all the best.

I visited here 2 days ago.. I ordered pina colada.. They brought it with lemon topping and all some lime flavour was coming from that drink.. Lemon is not at all a part of pina colada.. But that bartender was fighting with us and he was right and we are wrong. Teach him to behave properly with the guests.. Overall the meal was good.. No other cons just teach manners to low minded people.. That is not their home.. Thank you

Beautiful aesthetic decoration, a mixture of modern furnishing and old days memoirs. Foods are very delicious. A variety of continental, Chinese and Indian authentic dishes are available. We really enjoyed some continental dishes. Very good indeed. Mocktails are required some more brain storming. Alcoholic beverages are available.The restaurant manager is very helpful and full of etiquette. Stewards are prompt and courteous. Only flip side is darth of parking place and non-availability of valet.

Has a good buffet spread for breakfast, lunch as well as dinner.Rooms adequately furnished for a cozy stay. Very prominently located and is easily connected to the rail station and bus terminus. It was an average experience.We were charged with 2800 for a room through Mmt. At least tea/coffee facility should have been there in the room.To some people,having tea/coffee in the morning is important and here you dont get that complimentary facility.In most standard hotels you get that facility. The behaviour of the staffs was courteous and friendly.

The hotel situated alongside the main road just after Chatterjee International restaurant and few minutes ahaed of the Assansol baazar, the hotel is a 3star fooding and bar. The ambience is calm and also dont miss to take the deep view from the roof top of the lovely city beneath the dark sky and twinkling stars. A lovely place to hang out on the Fridays and weekends, and also the roof top is getting ready for one of its kind 👍👍.. Drop in and dip in.

Its a good place to go with your family. The interior has been redone, which is good. The location is good too, the Asansol bazaar is fairly easy to reach from here. The food is average. There are some dishes which are absolutely delicious while there are some which are not good. But overall a pretty good ambience.

Restaurant staff who took my order did not know much about the menu details.I had ordered Mixed chowmin(Hakka) which tasted very ordinary.My previous experience of Chinese dishes was better.I think the food quality has deteriorated.Ambience is good,and everybody greets with a smile.

The property is good, however due to some ongoing renovation works, though they have ensured the same dont affect the guests, all the rooms were not available. The single room I booked had the bed really really small. Remaining all the facilities were nice.
