Worst ever service possible. Bought Voltas ac from this place. Technicians did a shoddy job of installation. They are no longer responding when we asked them again to fit the ac pipe properly. Never ever buy anything from this place. Btw, many confuse Reko with Reco.Even the response to this review shows your arrogance. At least , learn how to treat your customer else you wont have any customer left. Its your job to serve the customer well. Had you done it well, you wont have received any complaint.Just see your phone log to check how many times we called you when the technicians messed up with their work. Even now, they havent come back to solve the problem.

Cheating customers by selling products at insanely inflated price.While we have already shared the quotations available at other portals at cheaper prices. It is also very unprofessional of you to call customers by foul names instead of redressing their issue. There is no pride in bullying customers especially during COVID times.

A total hypocrite, lier and deciever. We purchased a Voltas non-inverter AC and the person promised us for a 10year warranty on product and repeatedly requested us to trust and after we got a call from Voltas they told only 5 year warranty is ther on the product. And when we again called Reko he simply denied that he told about 10 year warranty, how can someone be so hypocrite. I would strongly recommend to not buy any product from this dealer who just know to play with customer’s centiments.When you talk about checking warranty over smartphone, then talk about having trust in you. You were just begging to trust you and we did and got cheated.
