This building dont have better eletric earthings to protect it from thunderstorm lighting fall socks..n dont have fire fighting arrangements neither C C TV cameras..Dont have good security staffs..The promoter of this building did several frauds to its flat owners as he sold so many 2 & 4 wheeler parkings without making proper arrangements to park plus upon the under ground water reservoir he allotted parking spaces which is illegal..upon the way approaching in n out he made a big sanitary septic tank which is creating pollutions..n also did so many minor cheating n frauds..where ever they did construction no body have satisfaction.
