Well organised, the staff is very polite and helpful. They have a wide range of clothes, Raymond, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, these brands you can get here. They also have best perfumes, so if you want to purchase a Raymond Perfume, I would suggest MOROCCAN CEDAR the best in my opinion. They also have an elevator for senior citizens, disabled and as we know Raymond is famous for it’s Formals, Suit, definitely you will get the best fitting here. The custom tailoring is best. I’ll definitely recommend you.

They were not following covid norms and showroom was open till 16 april with shutters down....Quality not upto the mark, rude staff , worst management...you can fine better quality from outside and gets stiched from professional tailors near by... Delight to hear that management and staff gets fined and punished..

Very nice staff is humble

Quality of blanket is very low. It is feeling rough only few days after bought. Very disappointed. I am writing this because you should know what quality blankets you are selling. This is not called intigrity. Salesmans are very arrogant and liers. Dont buy product from Raymond if you dont want to get fooled. Hope you will improve it.

Wedding suit was stiched from the onboard tailor, trails were done and was said you can pick up nextday. I requested them to take one more day and ensure the job is done at perfection. When i picked up i didnt check for finish of the product. I trusted the product and the service provider. One fine day before my schedule travel I dedcided to do a self trail and discovered the jackets under collar was not finished well and had a funny lining (supposed to give shape). Where the lapel was poorly attached to the gorge. I called the Raymond shop and explained them the issue and asked if they could do a video call to see if it needs work and how much time is required to complete it. The tailor insisted on getting the suit to the shop. I explained him that i am unable to visit the shop hence i am asking for a video call so we can rectify the issue. He still insisted to visit the shop and later mentioned thats how Raymond make the suits, i explained i have quite a few suits and none of them have such poor quality and all of them are tailored. He decides to handover the call to another person and the story repeats! I decided to hangup the call as i already had my travles schedule and could not make a trip to shop.

Fine suiting/ shirting range and ready to wear formal clothing for men. Witnessed one of the finest clothing range collection called chairmans collection the finest in suit fabric which is RS 2,92,000 per meter ( 2 lakh 92 thousand). This facility also serves tailoring section and got my suit stitched from there. Happy to visit again

Loyalty programme -Customer care my registered mobile number data has not been updated by Raymonds. We could not avail redemption of accumulated points. Surprisingly Customers personal information was sought by customer care executive for updating my data which is neither required not expected. Unsatisfied with the poor Loyalty programme service & poor hospitality as tea was offered to us but not served despite enough waiting. Billing process is time consuming.

A complete shop for a ‘complete man’ (borrowing from the apt Raymond tag line) - to be called a shop is humility personified as this is a store that provides the full range of men’s clothing, apparel’s, grooming and accessories - spread over 3 levels, providing for a complete shopping experience under one roof. There are sections for ladies clothing range as well including cosmetic brands from the Raymond stable. A wide variety of readymade suits and jackets are available befitting every occasion and purpose. Excellent tailoring facilities are also available in-house for made to order clothing requirements.Vehicle parking options are limited at the store - being a road facing precincts. Four wheelers have to be parked on the road side and this is an issue during evenings and rush hour. A suggestion would be to visit the store during afternoons since general traffic will be thin allowing for kerb parking and peaceful shopping.Limited two-wheeler parking option is possible in the alley on the side of the shop.

The job of alteration of readymade cloths is done pathetically... No cordination of sales person and alterations department... Poor quality inexperienced tailors in alteration dept.. spoiled clothing of my trousers & fitting completely inspite of 4 visits... Asked and received refund for the same but the harassment was very bad. Decided to stop purchase from this Raymonds outlet at kalyan

They have plenty of fabrics and very few good staff.. we have bought one suit and we want to place few trouser order again but the way they are talking to client is not at all pleasant even if we are buying from road side shop nowdays they r treating us very polietly ... But its premium made to measure concept the way sales person talked to us is intorrable and I am pretty sure if the sales person gonna talk with clients same way they will loose good customers..I will definitely think twice before choosing Raymond as well..

Quality of clothes is very good and also provides here alternation facility.

Pathetic customer service, they literally treat customers like beggars. They dont have a proper exchange policy. No credit notes given, no cash refunds given. They provide you with handwritten bills.

Worst management in tailoring department... I did my trial and there were some changes they were supposed to do and next day was final delivery day... On the day of delivery I called and asked tailoring department if my clothes are ready... The guy Yogesh who works at tailoring department told me that my clothes will be ready in next 2 hours and will be ready to pick up... I called again after some time to make sure clothes are ready and the same guy Yogesh assured me that clothes are ready.... But when I actually went to pick up my clothes they realized my blazer was not even sent for alteration.... On the top of that when asked how did you make this mistake then Yogesh casually said, sir 100 orders me ek to mistake hoga hi na... I have my engagement next morning and staff giving such a casual response.... Tailoring department over here is third class and people who work there have no sense of responsibility....
