Sometimes customer service talk rudely. Simply everyday for few days they cut power and if we complain also they say deny about it.

It is the corporate office of the company and whatever necessary public work to be done is performed within reasonable time

I am really sad about bill...why electricity bill comes like Rs=4282 since its only for one month....when we ask and share our problems what happened to this but no one explain clear about it....May be electrically they make something to metres go fast .... anyone I am I waiting for it

But regarding customer serviced worst, none f the executives reply well nor solve issues evn they wont pik calls in emergency situations r to ask regarding something important... This is regarding CESC bill payment from Kodagu. We come under Virajpet KEB, and bills cleared every month. Last month they goofed up with the reading and we got just Rs.11 as bills! We cleared it, this month it comes upto 2000* and the bill generated on 5th of March and the due date is on 19th of March. Now a staff from KEB office harrasses calling at odd hours and threatening to cut the line if bill isnt cleared immediately!Worst service, uncooth staffs, with no patience to listen when we talk.

SO WHO ALL DONT KNOW NOW THIS PLACE HAS DRIVE-THROUGH ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION FOR CARS IF YOU HAVE TOP-END BIKE/SCOOTER WITH SAME CHARGING POINT YOU CAN CHARGE YOUR SCOOTER/ BIKE ALSO ONCE VISIT THIS PLACE AND GET MORE INFORMATION

If there is negative I would give that rating too there will be no electricity from morning to evening in weekend and also in some week days 3 to 5hrs its becoming very worst these days that too in this covid situation where everyone is working from home but these people can play how they want...... very worst service ever.......so sad to write this......

Most of all the weekends they wont provide power supply in Siddhartha Nagar. Today whole day power not there and they have their reasons for this, which wont seems genuine.

Their payment system is flawed as well.We paid it online which did not get updated in their system in time and next bill comes with previous one as unpaid. The guy coming with the bill even threatens rudely that he will disconnect the connection. Really?

Corporate Office lacks ergonomics. So much money has been spent, already the pavements are loose, There is much scope for improvement in front Area. The offices are dislocated. Lacks Corporate culture.
