Good quality shoes arr available there. Staff behaviours are polite and cooperative.

Showroom is situated on main road. Its not very big but has a lot of varients in footwear.

Stocks are limited. Good from small town perspective but you may not get the product what you are searching for

Items not updating regularly, old stuffs but peoples trust on Bata brand.

Staffs were very rude and frustrating, they came shop only for gossiping with each other and have no work.They would ask for self service and not show the designs, options and varieties.They are ruining the brand image.They dont value customers, theyve - lega to lega nhi liya to bhi mera kya jaata tendency .They talk like they are the magistrate or something mp, mla of Ara.

Good in quality but not good in design and range.Prcie is also a little high.

What a superb day in bata

Needed more stocks. The products are too expensive although the quality is not that much good .The products seems to be old or old fashioned .A lot more improvement needed in products but they are only investing on the infrastructure of the shop which is not that much needed .They have to only focus on good quality products at reasonable prices.
