It might be best in the city mainly in comparison of infrastructures.but one must know about it that its not for everyone,i mean that account holder in this bank carries a minimum of fixed amount of 50,000 till date...I guess(the data may have been changed).so a person who has opened their account through that branch can only resolve their problems.
