Now renovation done by Indian railways and looks is very god from outside.Also cleaning at station is satisfactory.Station is very crowded any time so need to improve facilities at station.Main Escalator is not working most of time.No one available for maintaining some very essential amenities.

Good workers and their behaviour is also good but there is no one to help in case of document work

After long time i have visited ara station,a lot of changes i have seen there,feeling proud and happy.

ARA juction is the most popular railway station in danapur division. All most popular trains are stop here.

The staffs behavior is very nice and Tickets are available here for all the places.

The hall is Big and airy with beautiful paintings surrounding you.

Very bad even not maintained the proper deciplened . staff behaviour was quite different from other.they are just for time pass

A lot of construction work is already going on. Reservation halls are computerised. Floors are decorated with granite marble. LED lights along with plastic paints gives it a decent look. Changing of traditional grills of counters with glass is going on. Construction of Ticket counters on the second circulating area in South direction is also going on. All the constructions whether it is yard, PF surface improvement, new PFs, New circulating area with booking office on other side, LED display walls portraying glory of Veer Kunwar Singh, new lifts, escalators, stairs are likely to complete by April 2020.Extention of many trains along with some new one is also in the plannimg of railway along with stoppage of few SF trains by april 2020.

First of all i gave 5 star bca its my home town.ND if u r talking about ticket counter then it good just like of other station ticket counters

There is both type of counter here reservation and ordinary. But due to bad management only two counter running for ordinary tickets and also two counter for reservations. Although there is more than two. Due to this mismanagement passenger feel problem every time. Some aware people notified this problem to stationmaster but he always careless about ticketing problems.
